Ah, Zanji ... A legend who's back from the Dead. I have waited for this moment for so Long. *Activating my 3 tomoe Sharingan* I point at my back, Look at the sword Zanji. It gives all my Fire jutsu's additional power. I am now known as Fire Sage, defeating the previous one during the War. I hope you fight me with all you have got.

Me (thinks ) : Wow so this is the special ability of Muu, The 2nd tsuchikage, I can sense heat from a mile away yet I can't sense him. He is truly a Non-person.

*as I see the rain starting to fall I raise my hand and see the rain is bouncing off me enabling Ali to see my present location and I look back over at him and see him moving towards me and I use Shadow Clone Technique as I drop my invisibility*
*I create 2 shadow clones who appear on both sides of me and immediately run towards Ali and the two of them use Water Horn firing them at you from two different angels*
*as both of my clones fire that jutsu at the same time I reach into my sleeve and quickly throw four flash bombs onto the ground with all of them flashing at once*

*as I see you sprout your wings and fly up at a high speed to avoid the water jutsu I keep don't throw the flash bombs both of my clones immediately use Dragon Fireball Technique and fires them into two different areas of the sky causing a massive thunderstorm due to the heat*
*I feel myself becoming increasingly more fatigued from Ali's Body heat technique I quickly disperse both of my clones to regain their remaining chakra and I use Chidori to immediately take control of all the lightning above me to use Kirin*

*sensing that Kirin didn't work on taking you down I take a deep breath and use Shadow Clone Technique creating one clone next to me and I use Earth Dragon Technique right infront of my clone with it shooting straight up at the fire ball and as the dragon technique is taking off towards the fireball my clone grabs ahold of it*

Since your Body heat is increasing, I can now sense you for Long Range as well. As I sense two bodies I understand that you made a clone and as your clone is coming near while I am flying downwards with my Susano Active.

That means by Lighting blasts were done and than you did your lighting Jutsu.
Your 2 Jutsu's Earth Dragon Technique and Destruction of Primitive World are both S ranks. They were Against
1 S rank Fire/Wind Combo
4 S rank Lighting Blasts
Now Your Dust element is Made up of Earth, Wind and Fire.
Time Frame:
1. My Fire/Wind Jutsu occurs
2. Your Clone Uses Earth Dragon to Get in close Proximity of Fireball
3. Your Clone Uses Destruction of Primitive World Jutsu
4. I use False Darkness 2 times sending 4 blasts.
5. Wind/Fire Combo gets hit my your 2 jutsus, which will overpower it but reduce they efficiency. Then get hit by 2 S rank lighting jutsus, 1 of your jutsu is Pure Earth , and Other has ( Fire , Wind and Earth ) Since it has both Wind and Earth, Its Neutral to Lighting.
6. My 4 Lighting blasts will Collide with your weakened Combo of 2 S rank ( They have already been hit by S rank Wind/Fire Combo ) So at most its power remains of only 1 S rank Jutsu.
7. When they collide they surely overpower your jutsu's and go towards you.
8. By this time I coming towards the ground ( I can argue that I am already on the ground , but W/e )
9. You'll be hit by lighting jutsu, since you didn't defend against it.
10. Your current jutsu requires "Gathering of Raiton Chakra" from Both Clouds and User. Thus Time required. So it cannot instantly attack me.
11. Your Body Heat has increased and further you battle you get fatigued ( else My Body Heat jutsu ( used previously ) would be USELESS ). So your movements are slower.
12. The point of me being Wet, I have used 4 Fire jutsus after chakra sensing Rain, those include Body Heat ( to increase my Body temperature and yours as well, I increased Mine as I wished and I increased yours to as Much as I could )
13. I was Flying with Fire Wings to further keep me Dry and I used Forbidden rank Overheat from my Hands, then I used Susano to cover my body so rain cannot touch me anyfurther, and I used S rank Fire/Wind Blast.
14. I am pretty Dry If you ask me.
15. You are not covered and you are Wet as you said, and you used lighting to cover your body ( in NB war when Kirabi used Chidori Nagashi while it was raining, the verdict from Mods was that he electrocuted himself ) . Thus it happens with you as well. Since the jutsu is Forbidden Rank It Hurts you Most.
Note: My Friendly fights Deaths doesn't count towards your bio. If you think I am wrong in above points we can get a Mod to judge this fight. I would have liked to continue but your current move is full of mistakes. You are over estimating your Dust Element as well. You are Breaking time frame as well.

But one of my arguments would have to be something I let go because I was having fun and that would be your Body Heat Technique. I don't understand how it would have effected me in the first place if you didn't have any contact with my person what so ever upon using it, also with the fact of it not having a range thus supporting the fact that you must have physical contact with my person when using it.
I have a custom that is almost like that but it involves Ice (it was for previous bio) Its called Frozen Enemy, it enables me to freeze water that is on my opponents body but in order for me to freeze said water I must touch that area of my opponent to freeze that water area.

I searched the jutsu and Found out its description is same as I have. I knew it would be same but I still did search just in case.
I am not sure how does this work and why there is No range there but his 1000 Fever doesn't Need any contact either and if we Re-read body heat in accordance of 1000 Fever's description The jutsu Body heat increases the heat of water molecules around you to bring the heat up.

I am taking 1000 Fever is this Argument is that Body heat was made to Counter 1000 Fever.

That means there is two more blasts going towards Zanji and his clones.
The clones can defend against C-rank jutsus each, so thats 30 damage defense each.
Since Zanji said in his moves that the lightning blasts take out his clones, that means he has sacrificed them, or the stood in the way, something like that.
two lightning blasts, 40 damage each, hit each their clones, losing alot of their power during that, so there would be any damage to Zanji when the lightning blasts finally each him, and since he had focused the lightning aura, there'd be even less damage.
While you land in mid-range, deactivating susanoo and shit, Zanji would've launched the lightning jutsu, and it'd be on its way as you perform the body heat.
