Second off, if you want anything above tier 3 you have to fight me without restricting me. You guys wanna ask for some extra mess but I gotta fight with half my arsenal because yall scared you can't deal with me otherwise. It's in the rules I posted

@Lytes EIG is a tier 4 ability. Cali's tier 3 prize in the tournament doesn't reflect how the skill is rated so it's tier 4. All sensei should know the tier level of abilities, go and look it up in the HQ and ask your friends if the knowledge isn't already common.
