this sucks............every naruto anime episode now has more than 10 minutes of flashbacks........this is getting annoying............why the f*** are they showing flashbacks.........the last episode only had flashbacks........come to think of it this post also has a lot of flashbacksxd

I thinkk that they just want to make sure that everyone remembers what happend, afterall, that was ove 200 episodes ago. There is probably something important in those flashbacks that we need to understand the story fully.

Bleach is over 300,everyone clearly remembers what is happening.
One Piece is over 400,until now only about 10 filler episodes,everyone clearly remembers what is happening.

If it was like you say,Kishi is downgrading all his fans into retards.
Another explanation is,to how Shitty the anime is,if it was good to watch,people would remember everything and would not lose interest.

They fill their purpose somehow by reminding and informing us on what is going through the characters' heads. Sure they're sometimes exaggerating it by putting too many flashbacks into it, but I have to admit that I didn't find today's flashbacks as annoying as earlier ones.

You watch the anime for free so stop complaining. I'm personally done about whining about flashbacks, part of the reason naruto is appealing is the detail: in 20-25 minutes they have like 5 minutes of the real story action and the rest is mostly just in anticipation of those 5 mins, it makes the viewer eager to see the next episode.

I thought these flashbacks were so that the anime doesn't catch up with the manga too quickly...I mean, the manga isn't that far ahead...
Yeah, I was expecting the reunion to happen this episode, but oh well...next one for sure!
