Frasier is an American sitcom that was broadcast on NBC for eleven seasons, from September 16, 1993, to May 13, 2004. The program was created and produced by David Angell, Peter Casey, and David Lee (as Grub Street Productions) in association with Grammnet (2004) and Paramount Network Television.

A spin-off of Cheers, Frasier stars Kelsey Grammer, David Hyde Pierce, John Mahoney, Jane Leeves and Peri Gilpin. It is one of the most successful spin-off series in television history, as well as one of the most critically acclaimed comedy series of all time.

It was probably the most sophisticated and yet hilariously funny show in it's time.

I post this just to see if there is any people who were (and hopefully still are) a fan of this show. I mean it is still showing re-runs of this show and I love it, I try not to miss an episode.

Please discuss this show to a great extent.
My essence of how much I love this show/Romance

I loved Niles and Daphne, so much.

I really, really felt that Roz and Frasier should have gotten together.

I also hope so much that they do a another episode to celebrate Frasier.

If nobody posts in this thread I will be very :(
and if Nobody is a fan of this show I will be  & :(

It was a great show...I loved Kelsey Grammer as Fraiser. Haven´t seen it in a long time though. No re-runs of the show in my country. I also hope they broadcast Seinfeld again.

American? For some reason it felt British to me. Lolz, I enjoyed watching it. I felt proud of myself whenever I understood the jokes :D

Still, I can spot some pretty famous actors on that picture oO Is it me, or is that Jane Leeves on the right? What's the plot?

That show was so awful, and never kept me awake.
That's because you are a child, much more untouched by great comedy, you would probably rather watch Dora The Explorer (Google it.) or Hannah Montana than one comedy that well served good purpose of making psychiatrists very normal people.

Also latest post-ee/Necron

That is Jane Leeves, this show really founded her career, I suggest you just have a look around, a lot of episodes are on YouTube now and well simply googling will find you episodes too.

Frasier is a good show if you are.. a fan of old american-ish sitcom type feel, it's sophisticated  Well, Frasier tries to keep sophisticated.

It's a nice, long show that achieved good success and I'm quite glad that in the UK it shows re-runs as I may have never found this show. Annoying thing to have not been born when this show started and a baby when it was halfway through it's span.

The Plot is basically seeing a Psychiatrist, having moved from Chicago go on radio to help people. It shows his life and how much trouble he sometimes gets into and follows his family, some episodes don't exactly roll onto each other so in someways you could probably jump into any season and watch the episodes from that season, but there are some exceptions where your better off watching from the beginning.

Kelsey Grammer plays Frasier Crane, radio psychiatrist, wine connoisseur and divorced his wife Lilith and left his son, Frederick in Chicago with Lilith.

David Hyde Pierce plays Niles Crane, Frasier's little brother who has had very bad luck with his marriages, he is at the start of the series married to Maris who actually is never seen to make it very.. special.

John Mahoney plays Martin Crane, former cop of 25-30 years, he was shot in the hip and now has a dog named Eddie. He dislikes certain things especially the posh stuff.

Jane Leeves plays Daphne Moon, who is Frasier's housekeeper of sorts and mainly Frasier's father, Martin's physical therapist.

Peri Gilpin plays Roz Doyle, Frasier's radio producer, she is always been made fun of by Niles, very crude jokes but soon she is pretty much friends with everyone. She and Frasier are very close and she is also best friends with Daphne as they are the only women around the Cranes most of the time.

I basically love this show, and built up my knowledge from watching loads of episodes.
Bear in mind, I don't know every detail, I'm only 13 and well I can't remember much.

Hypocrite. :|
I never watched the show Hannah Montana, and I watched Dora about a decade ago, so you should try that one again. Frasier came on 2:00 AM in my city, so it was really uninteresting to start with, but the jokes were pure trash, and the Brittish-Sounding one, Frasier, was the most worthless person in comedy. Just shouldn't have never gave them a spin-off.
