The only way you could know this is if we had Orochimaru's stats from when he was a child and was called a "genius".
You're trying to prove a point with semantics when the numbers have already been printed out before. I'm not saying it's not possible he shot up in that ranking, it definitely is, but as it currently stands: No - Definitely not confirmed.
Please, that's just Sasuke fanatism. The manga shows too that Sasuke almost went blind because his excesive use of the Mangekyo Sharingan, and that from the point Sasuke got the Mangekyo Sharingan he has been using chakra until the point of being exhausted. Come on! Just look at the battle against Danzou, or against the Hachibi!
Sakura in the other way was saving chakra until she could reveal the Hyakugou Seal, and even so she was healing the SA in the War, and she with Chiyo-ba kicked Sasori's ass...
Sasuke doesn't comprehend the meaning of what's a "Last Resort" move. This has been like this from part 1, it was demonstrated in the battle against Gaara... he took the decision of surpassing the limit and he freed the Curse Mark seal in consequence. He is a Matyr of Power, he did everything on his hands to achieve power, even foolish things, and I don't blame him.
So, if you like Sasuke as character, you should assume that he took decisions, he was foolish, and that's what defines what is he now. I don't mean Sasuke being a bad character, I only say Sakura has took way better decisions and so I consider her way smarter than Sasuke.
so you think making better decisions means your smarter than someone else.... sakura saved up her chakra for 3 years because shes weak and had no choice.... sasuke overused ms because he was so consumed with revenge he did not think about the future but in the moment even vs danzo he showed he true genius
What's that sound? Do I hear hate? Sounds like a hater to me. If you think you can do better, by all means, do better. Either put up or shut up, your call.

And the result of his naiveness was a bonus battle against Kakashi/Naruto, battle where Sasuke could be defeated (But Naruto admitted Sasuke was too strong even in that state).
Don't misunderstand me, I think Sasuke can be a "genius" in battle if we talk in terms of "insticts" (Sasuke means "Ninja Warrior" and so ninjas embrace the nature as a part of their within). What I recall being foolish of Sasuke is how he uses "knowledge"... being strong and showing off the power of a doujutsu doesn't make a genius. If I would be Sasuke in that battle, using the sharingan and ninjutsus hadn't be so often... I would have learned genjutsus from the Sound Village and make Danzou fall in it... after all, the Sharingan only can avoid ocular genjutsus, but not auditive genjutsus, and he was supposed to know that already, and Sasuke had the idoneus master to learn these Genjutsus...
Well whatever... Sasuke is good, but wherever I see sharpy opinions that aren't based purely on proofs, I feel the need to show a point. I'm ok if you don't take it, I respect your opinion too and I partly share it.

Nice stats. I'm a fan of the databook stats, so I think you did some over-estimating on some of the stats:
1. Naruto's Genjutsu stats should be higher. 2 points is what he has according to the 3rd databook, but he has become a perfect jinchuuriki since then, which should get him around a 3.5.
2. Sasuke's stamina is a little too high...a 4.5 is just barely below Naruto, which we know has to be wrong because Naruto can outlast Sasuke like 3x in terms of stamina. Kakashi himself said that Naruto had at least 4x his chakra while Sasuke on the other hand had half of Kakashi's chakra in Part 1.
3. I don't mean to sound like a Sakura hater (which I am not) but she was given a 26 in the third databook (which covers the beginning of Shippuden)...this includes stats from her fight with Sasori. Yet you have given her a 32 and so far from what we can see, the only improvement she has gotten is from the last chapter. Not enough to boost ALL of her stats by 1-2 points, which you have done. I'd give her a 29...split 3 points here and there for her last power-up. ***Note that this analysis was made mostly from the information given compared to the other databooks -- we're not talking about your own 'scale' on rating Naruto characters; that being said, I believe 6 points up from the databook covering the beginning of Shippuden for a character with very little development in terms of power is a little overdoing it.
But other than that, good job! I think this has been done before, though.

That wasn't my point. My point was Sasuke wasting chakra, he had the option to avoid it having a better use of Orochimaru while he was his master... and that's just because pure arrogance.
Power lends to arrogance, and arrogance lends to lack of wisdom (a nice metaphore that comes from the Mangekyo Sharingan) in which without the transplantation of eyes it translates in blindness.

danzo was going to be hokage and had 10 lives a sound genjutsu would have done nothing sasukes genjutsu was to trick danzo and worked do to his great timing but danzo can't just be one shotted by genjutsu unless KA or maybe itachi's gen
Sounds like you did not see how DSM Kabuto managed to trap both Sasuke and Edo Itachi in Sound's Village Genjutsu.
Whatever, seems like you're trying to prove something that's far apart from the initial point: Sasuke still wastes chakra effortlessly. You better beg for Kishimoto for doing something about it.

nice seen......is it like a generic phenomena within the lings of education? Hiruzen,Orochimaru and Sasuke loooove jutsu spamming -most precisely why I like them-. Does it give, uhm, maybe some credit to Sakura in terms of ability to use her intelligence practically in an efficient way while fighting????? Dunno... And Sasuke may be a hot-headed but catapulting him towards absolute stupidity?

Actually Kakashi makes reference to her ability to release chakra instantly with her punches with strength and precision (she won't waste it). But it's not just that... Sakura will get far from the frontlines because she knows she was trained mainly for being a medic ninja, so she will spread her chakra in "more useful things" like healing his comrades.
Today I think she's just toying in the frontlines... she is being reckless.

What? Are up to date? Also Sasuke ''stupidly wasting chakra'' is a dumb statement, people are referring to his fight with Danzo and that's exactly when Sasuke had to go all out, it was the only way to outsmart Danzo and defeat izanagi.
