Fourth Databook stats predictions

Hey there! It's been such a long time since the Third Databook was released. I think that one was released in 2008. We are now in the year 2014 and we still have not had a new databook yet... 5 years, people! I am always curious as to what the stats would be currenly for the characters. For this reason, I have taken it upon myself to create my own stats. I will look at the stats from the Third Databook and raise the numbers up where is needed.

NOTE:

• NO ENHACEMENTS/BOOST LIKE OCULAR POWER or BODY POWER: use of another chakra then their, NO spirits, transmigrants or any stuff like that
• IT DOESN"T PROVE WHO WIN, JUST HOW WELL ROUNDED SHINOBI IS

Explanation	Naruto mastered Rasengan left by Fourth Hokage to him, mastered Shadow clone technique, many varriants of Rasengans, Bijuudama, chakra arms, Sumonning no Jutsu	After Sage treninng in Myobokuzan, Naruto didn't just show new feats in Sage mode but improved almost all his stats in base state. Naruto was keeping his own against Deva Path for moment, then fought against Karui and Omoi and outsmarted them(Kakashi has 4.5 in Taijutsu)	Since Kurama agreed to copperate with Naruto, Naruto became perfect Jin, his chakra control improved as well as Kurama won't mess up with Naruto's chakra circular system as before he did.(Gai has 3 in Genjutsu)	He grown up a lot in this war, using strategy againt Edo Raikage. Naruto proved to use strategy with clones against Pein. He shown some inteligence where he noticed way to stop Edo Jinchurki Obito's six paths of Pein.	Naruto strength increased after Sage trening, besides Naruto was always strong physically. One feat he shown when he free yourself from Preta Path grasp.	Naruto's speed increased a lot after Sage trening, proved when Omoi and Karui attacked him, Sakura and Sai. Naruto was able to save Sakura before Kakashi(who suffered some side effects of using Kamui)	Pretty obvious, there is nothing need to add	Naruto shown to be able summon giant frog without any effort(he was in KCM, but still we can consider that he can). Naruto's chakra control is almost perfect now, so doing handseals would be easier. Besides his intelligence risen up too as well as he calm down yourself thanks to meditating while treining in Sage Arts.	Summary of all stats simple.

Remember that I am only talking about base Naruto, no Sage mode or Kyuubi chakra in any form involved, only improvements he got in base state from these special states !

Sasuke: ​

Explanation	Many chidori varriants, Sussano, Amaterasu, Tsyukomi(?), Fire release techniques etc.	Sasuke was fighting in Taijutsu against Itachi and was able to keep up with him(Although he had Orochimaru absorbed in him). Later Sasuke was able to keep up with Kakashi in taijutsu for brief moment when he was almost blind(Kakashi has 4.5 in Taijutsu)	Obito commented that Sasuke's genjutsu may be stronger against Danzo but not on Itachi's level. Sasuke improved in Genjutsu field since he has activated MS.	Sasuke is very clever shinobi, he was overloaded with hate which caused that he didn't make use of his mind too often, but now he is good again and lost his hate, burden. He gonna prove that I am sure.	Sasuke's physical strength wasn't shown to improved so I didn't change it.	Sasuke's speed didn't change as well as in example above	Sasuke's stamina grown up a bit as shown against Raikage then Danzo fight. Explanation	Medical techniques, chakra enhanced attacks.	Sakura's Taijutsu improved a bit.	Sakura's genjutsu didn't shown any new feats, so it doesn't change for now.	Sakura is very clever kunoichi. She was very good at learining in academy and shown as example to class how they should learn by Iruka. Sakura shown great knowledge about Medical herbs, poisons etc. as well as she proved to think clever in battle(against Sasori).	Sakura's physical strength was shown to be very great, no doubt that she deserves 5.	Sakura's speed may improved a bit, but nothing by far, just plus 0.5 I think.	Sakura's stamina may increased a bit, but nothing significant to notice at first look.	Sakura's hand seals skills didn't improve at all.	Summary of all stats simple.

Hinata: ​

Explanation	No improvment, but again Hyuuga style based is on Taijutsu . However her chakra control has improved so 0.5 more sounds leggit.	Hinata's Taijutsu has improved thanks to her training with Neji. She learned Eight Trigrams vacuum palm, Eight trigrams Vacuum palm wall	Hinata's genjutsu didn't shown any new feats, so it doesn't change too much unless improved chakra control may rise it a bit	Hinata is clever kunoichi. She was calm, shy and good at learining in academy and shown . Hinata's speed may improved, as she was able to jump to protect Naruto while noone noticed it. I'll just comment on Sausage because really all that really needed correcting
Sasuke's intelligence is easily 5, easily. Stamina should be 5. Taijutsu is 5 as well.

Well I can agree with intelligence although Kakashi had 4,5 as far as I remeber, but I will look for it.

Sasuke's stamina having 5 points ? in base. I mean his Rinnegan activated means his Rikudou chakra is used up... so I count it as boost as Kishi always did and only shown us unenhanced base forms ;p

Also I don't understand why you wouldn't consider Naruto's Bijuu mode and Kurama chackra, even if it's the so called 'borrowed power', so as Sasuke's Sharingan, Gaara's Sand, Obito's Rinnegan and Sharingan, so on so forth.

Rigth now, Naruto and Sasuke are easily the top tier, even judging Hashirama and Madara, they're probably at the same level, if not higher (Rikudou Naruto asskicked Jubbidara for some time before he absorved the Shinjuu).

ALSO DATABOOK doesn't show which shinobi is stronger and could win but rather how well rounded shinobi is.
that why it only shows Base states of characters so scale up to 5 is enough.

Once someone uses boost/enhacement then he/she can go beyond scale in one or more categories.

Nobody in the Manga can mach or exceed Naruto's stamina,thats a manga fact. Not subject to discussion.

No Senju nor Uchiha have more Stamina than an Uzumaki stop debating Manga facts,and Naruto is an Uzumaki who happens to be host of Kurama making His endurance even more. No Uchiha nor Senju can mach an Uzumaki in stamina even Sasuke in the Manga has commented on Naruto's super stamina so don't go their it auto lost to you.

Thanks for so much effort, but i think kakashi should get a 5 in speed and a 5 in taijutsu since he kept up with 6 gate guy in base ( sharingan doesn't give a speed advantage)

genjutusu means being immune and preforming genjutsu oneself
Naruto with kurama is immune to genjutsu, but he can't do genjutsus by himself so he got a 3.5
