During gaaras death chiyo ressurected him, she stated only she knew the life transfer technique, well do remember kakashi took off his head protector and used his sharingan to know how this jutsu works.

Now considering tsunade is a legendary healer, it is possible to assume kakashi is smart enough to know tsunade would maybe want this excellent jutsu at her command if need be.

My theory is that tsunade is going to get extremely injured during her fight with pain, realise its over, and before she does die, quickly bring kakashi back, that way her life was not a waste, shes using her 100% death sentence to fix someone elses assumed 100% (at least 95%) death sentence.

that doesn't sound bad, it saves kakashi's life, and tsunade dies leaving an empty space for naruto to become hokage(or danzou who will then fall to naruto).

Though I doubt that that would be how tsunade got a revival jutsu, she may or may not have a revival jutsu, it could be that she randomly sends a bunch of random chakra into kakashi at last minute and that gives him extra chakra which prevents him from dieing, since he is dieing from lack of chakra, or some other random thing like that.

Yeah i had already said this on previous threads, with the chiyo comparison and all.

After that talk with Jirayia she will maybe understand how important the next generation is and decide to give her life to bring Kakashi back. You saw how mad she was when Katsuyu reached him, realizing the new generation of Konoha was dying.

With her level of medical ninjutsu, maybe she has a revival technique, we'll just have to wait and see.
