You will have install with the original disc because the daemon tools iso will dismount after you shutdown your computer.

You'll need to make a bootable disc with Nero.
Insert a cd in your ROM.
You can either copy the .iso to the cd by choosing Burn Image, or you can mount the image in Daemon Tools and choose Copy Disc.
