He could pull it off if he had all requirements to do it.. Releasing it isn't the same as activating it.. Yakushi could always show him how to do the ritual to so it's not out of his reach either way..

Yes he might know how to use it but the question should be "Will he use edo tensei?" and if Yes "To fight who?" Kara? well that seems to be the most plausible opponent but then again you need a living human as a vessel and at the age of peace they have right now i dont think he will just sacrifice thousand of people just to perform that jutsu,people slowly trying to forgive him for what he has done and i dont think sasuke want to **** it up by sacrficing people just to reincarnate the dead people back.

But Orochimaru might perform edo tensei though, to fight Kara or Kawaki and should that happen in the future we might see madara reincarnated for the 2nd time but this time he will be on the good guy side rather than the bad guy side since he was redeemed by hashirama before he died

It was when RDS was used. Then he deactivated it. But he don't need his Sharingan active. He saw Kakashi using curse sealing on him in a weakened state and memorized it with ease and even reversed sealed Anko due to it.

Orochimaru himself considers Sasuke to be a far greater genius than he ever was, so if Orochimaru can do it, Sasuke could easily learn/use it if he ever wishes to do that, which I doubt he'll ever make a human sacrifice to bring back an "old relic", and he if he ever does, he has Oro to do it for him.
