Umm why he can't? Madara even called the edo tensei a childplay jutsu. Don't even say Sasuke lack the chakra control to pull it off. He performanced a fuinjutsu on its first try after only witnessing it once.

Naw, because how he used fuinjutsu. It wasn't simple release. He remembered Kakashi performing it. Then Sasuke did the opposite weaving signs. Unless you wanna tell me that there is a "simple release" for ET instead of a "reverse process" release like sasuke did for the seal jutsu, I'm 99% sure that Sasuke can use the ET jutsu if he desere to.

He saw Orochimaru used it and saw the whole process when Orochimaru summoned the kages tho.

But it would be clutch if he used it.
