Without seeing madara,sasuke new EMS,Kabutomaru and naruto hasnt mastered the ninetails...i got the Raikage as the strongest right now...followed by Kakashi,Mifune(so Far),Mizukage and Darui

i do respect your opinion, i agree with the hanzo statment, i do think naruto is stronger then pain, he doesnt need to be alive when he capture's him, i agree with the jiraiya vs orochimaru statement, i feel indifferent about zetsu, haha darui is a very cool ninja, i agree with the ino statement.
