Susanoo's entry was written way before Madara and Obito's Susanoo awakening. This entry was based on Sasuke and Itachi's ability to awaken it. Madara, Obito, and Kakashi (DMS) awakened Susanoo, yet they didn't use Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi as the entry described.

Following your logic, those three must have have both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu then. As expected SMD, you can't even get the basic info right.

If you have MS, you need Rikudo chakra. There's no way you can pull a PS out of your ass without going through the process. You'll fry your eyes out, which is why Rikudo chakra is needed.

EMS itachi didnt have rikudou chakra when he used PS
