According to Databook and scans a MS with enough lifeforce and chakra can indeed use PS

No where in manga does it say you need riduko chakra to use PS nor does it say u have to have EMS



So if kishi wanted to he could have allowed madara or maybe sasuke to use PS while at MS if he saw fit.


The point is that folks it can be use at MS you just need large amount of chakra and the ability to stabilze it.

I guess if an Uchiha doesn't spam his/her MS powers but gets affected by multiple emotional traumas, he/she should be able to achieve PS as long as their body can handle it or have hashi cells like obito.

I think you misunderstood me, what I meant by that is that hashi cells gives you instant healing the moment you're injured which is perfect for unlocking PS with only MS if your body is weak 'cough cough itachi'.

And also you'll never go blind, so all you need is someone to give you a couple of emotional traumas and you're ready to go.

If you have MS, you need Rikudo chakra. There's no way you can pull a PS out of your ass without going through the process. You'll fry your eyes out, which is why Rikudo chakra is needed.

If perfect susanoo is simply a stabilization of final susanoo, what about it makes it take more chakra? Nothing hints at it taking more either, sasuke didn't show extra signs of fatigue, which is very strange if it really takes such a drastic amount to use. This is especially strange considering someone like itachi canonically outlasted sasukes reserves.

My theory is that ps takes skill/training with susanoo to master. And the reason kakashi used it was because the rikudo chakra gave his a madsive boost in both volume and potency allowing it to be a ps. (With a little plot as well)

Also note that ms users will usually go blind before being able to use a ps, since such training is required.

PS has nothing to do with training, and everything to do with the power and size of the user's chakra. Not to mention EMS Sasuke's reserves are clearly>>>Hebi Sasuke's and MS Sasuke's. Neither of them have the chakra to spam Susanoo, use PS, and other techs without feeling major fatigue, and that's just chakra. Not strain.

And, I'd think that forming something that dwarfs what you were capable of doing with only MS requires far far more chakra, but hey, what do I know? I just read the Manga.
