This last fight is basically a battle between Itachi's ideals and his life. All in order to decide what path the world shall take. One could argue that Itachi has never been more relevant.​

That was a regular genjutsu not tsukiyomi. And plus the OP meant it catches you instantly as soon as you look into his eyes. Not how long you're being mind f*cked.

Why yes. I do have thoughts. Your statements are correct, but irrelevant. As long as Minato does not look into Itachi's eyes at the same time he has his MS activated, he's fine. In other words, by putting kunai all over the place or using his long-named jutsu, Minato can teleport in viewpoints where he doesn't have to look into Itachi's eyes in order to attack at all. It doesn't matter how "instant" Tsukyomi is as long as someone has a way of not getting into it.
