Snakes in real life are people who shouldn't be trusted. Sneaky, unreliable people.
Oh yeah, the animals are sneaky too.
On Naruto, they behave just the same as real life snakes, the main differences is now they can talk and use chakra so....big difference tbvh.

Snakes are living reptiles. They lack legs, voice, ears, and eyelids. They have a long, slender body. Their skin is covered with scales. They can see well enough, and they can taste scents with their tongues by flicking them in and out. They are very sensitive to vibrations in the ground.
Though they do not have a voice, they can hiss. Most live on the ground, others live in the water, and a few live under the soil. Like all reptiles, snakes need the heat of the sun to control their body temperature. That is why most snakes are in the warm, humid tropical regions of the world. A large portion are poisonous as well.

Nice you summoned a generic snake. Resistant to B ranks, as long as the snake is at least 50 meters. The size is variable, but it has to be a minimum of 10 meters. They can even go up to the size of a boss summon.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Manda) - Summoning Technique: Manda
So he has some pretty cool abilities. He's able to tank A rank and below attacks no problem, and take one S rank by shedding his skin. He's able to burrow underground, even while it's affected by up tto A rank chakra. He can make his tail a projectile of up to A rank, and while he's underground he's able to sense vibrations.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: San Kashira Ebi) - Summoning Technique: Three Headed Snakes
These two are similar. Two and Three headed snakes, both are pretty much the generic snakes but with more heads. Two headed snakes sucks, they have no special ability, and they are small. Three headed snakes are slightly better, ttjeh are immune to B ranks.

Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.
