So this was my first time trying anything like this so it didn't come out so good.. I used Paint and first time at using Gimp. I was thinking of using this on a future bio if I ever decide to make one.

nice work but there are few white dots around the hat..zoom the image to some 200 or 400% and clear those

Thanks everyone and about the white spots yeah I had originally fixed those but then I opened the picture in Paint and it had a black background and i saved it by accident so I had to remake EVERYTHING over again and It was getting late so I rushed the 2nd time

Thanks and yeah honestly that was my first time using Gimp I downloaded it last night. I want to try and get better because its pretty fun.

I googled a picture of a ninja with a Jounin outfit and a Luffy picture (from One Piece anime). Then I put them in Paint and cut of the original head of the Jounin outfit and cut out luffy's head and mixed them bother together. Then in Gimp I changed the color of the vest and pants so it would match the colors of his original look. Oh and I also added a very poorly made leaf symbol on his hat.
