I won't lie, something like this could happen. Derp Obito has a theory surrounding Sakura's possible relation to the Senju, and I find this as well as a Sage Mode powerup to be plausible. Sakura deserves it.

Things Sakura should have learnt but didn't thanks to her author:
The Gates/Major Taijutsu to match Rock Lee's (Could of used the time skip from Part 1 to Part 2 for this)
Learn many major genjutsu (Again could have used the time skip for this, if need be)
And DAT Sage mode, She should of learnt that in Part 2 along side Naruto lol
