besides FTG is a technique used by jounins.

so it's not so great anyway.

No jounin's can use FTG Apart from the 4ths special bodyguards, Even then it takes 3 of them to use it.

If Naruto hasn't already been learning it, he won't learn it now from Genma's team...unless there is a series after shippuden then it's possible. Naruto may have been working to use the FTG since he trained with Jiraiya but maybe he didn't have the chakra control to use it properly.
