(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step
Rank: A
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However un-like ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in only using regular ninjutsu, water, taijutsu, genjutsu, and kenjutsu, no other elemental affinities.

Note: Can be used twice
Note: Must have mastered Taijutsu
Note: Must wait two turns to use again.
Note: Must be taught by Mathias
My pleasure^ So, this is a fairly simple water-style technique that revolves around taijutsu. Essentially, its the same thing as being barefooted (or with shoes) on ice. The only difference is you have complete control over it. This technique by no shape or form should be used to change ranges, travel somewhere or anything of the sort. (Looking at you Chris..) It's simply a more cosmetic and sometimes more useful version of the drunken fist, which can be used in combination to become even more unpredictable.

Any questions or concerns? Ask away, as much as possible. I don't want the technique being mis-used so whatever comes to your mind, ask me now, or before using it through VMs.

Ok, so not used for moving. It is more of an elemental drunken fist, or enhanced version with more randomness. Do I have to repost the technique when I use it to dodge kunai, sword slashes, etc. on the second turn?

No, but you would if you wanted to defend against something that strictly requires a technique. Like a golf sized fireball or something of the sort. On the second turn it can be treated as a free-form ability that can aid you in whatever you may dish out next.
