Do the same as you did with the water ballon, concentrate on rotation but now make it rotate more powerfully. This should result in a KA-BOOOOOOM, in less than one second.

Summarizing simply do the same as the water ballon, but make the spinning force much stronger.

It's like making a rasengan, but inside the balloon; this is for practicing balance and to focus the strike the rasengan does. Containment, if it must be explain, can be like thin chakra cloak all around the rasengan, which is strong enough to maintain the power and rotation inside.

~Runs at the kankuro clone without loosing my focus and hit the clone with the rasengan,as the ground we are standing on starts to tear apart simply because of the powerful outburst of chakra produced by the rasengan,the clone then its pulleb back and begins to spin in a clockwise motion before being shooted backwards and crashes with a huge rock,breaking the rock and poofing the clone~
