Well it are very good drawings for a first try.

1: Not bad, but the head is a bit out of proportion on the left side(our point of view). Also draw some shades! It looks so plane without it.

2: Same as above: shade. Also the hair needs some work, because Hinata's hair is normally symmetric. Outside that it's good.

3: I fell out of my chair when I saw this xd, he reminded me of a fish.

4: It's a chibi, no comment because chibi's supposed to be like thatU_U.

pretty good for a first try but u need to work on the proportions and learn how to draw a few things that make a drawing look better like shades [they give 'life' to your drawing], clothes, hair, eyes [from my point of view the eyes are the most important part of an anime drawing]
