Finally! After much hype over the casting of the new Spider-Man movie reboot, we can now see what our new friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man, played by Andrew Garfield, will look like.

In the official image released by Sony Pictures, Andrew’s Peter Parker is seen looking beaten-up and messy while walking down what appears to be a street with a backpack strapped on one shoulder, indicating his status as a high school student. But its striking difference from the Spider-Man played by Tobey Maguire is what is most intriguing – most notably its darker, grittier theme and the change of design on the Spider-Man suit.

Directed by Marc Webb and starring Emma Stone as Peter Parker’s love interest, Gwen Stacy, and Rhys Ifans as an unnamed villain, this Spider-Man reboot will take the web crawler back to his high school days of when he was a regular teenager just receiving his superpowers.

The actor looks like Eric from that 70's show to me.

Like any other movie these days. Actors are picked by their looks and I bet 70% of that movie is animated or in any other way, made with computers and it prolly comes out as 3D.
Will propably watch it with a 9mm next to me.

Ofc, can't judge it being bad, never said that but I have a very strong feeling about it going to be a horrible piece of [you know].

Suit looks ok though.

Its just so idiotic these days.They make a good movie and make good story,but of course they want more money so they make another. Examples:

Rocky I,II,III,IV= original & good | Rocky V,VI,VII,VIII= New & shit :/

Superman (old ones)= good | Superman(new ones)= stupid -_-

So yeh,thats usually how they ruin the series,and most likely that what will happen to spiderman

Tobey mark up the rate is too high for them to pay him. It might not be good as the one that used to be due to the changing of actor. But I agree that they should, it's a prequel...they should get some a younger spiderman, which it is him. :/

Well, spider man is meant to be skinny and less mascular. In the comic, spidey is seen skinny, that explain why he can jump and do all those gmnastic tricks easily. Also, he is a high school student and still young.

I can't see what's in the spoilers. The new suit is okay though. And the new actor - well, I guess I got a little used to the previous one. But, I think he'll be okay.

These actors have their fits in wanting more money thats why Toby isn't in the movie. But it looks ok and hopefullly is entertaining
