im gonna assume this is when he first gets his powers. probably be added CGI for the streams of lightning coursing through his body. i think he goes to oscorp for help. maybe the suit he gets helps him stabilize his powers and to control it

Doubtful. Judging by the pics. It looks like he just came into his power and is a little put off by the effects it is having on his body.

And to narutorikudoumode's comment. I assume an Adult. there's no way Jamie Foxx is going to pass for a teen.

Well they did an awful job of Lizard so i'm not expecting the best of Electro to be honest, or Rhino for that matter.

Going by the original costume this could be so much worse, it's fine really- I just hope this is early Electro.
