I guess kissing and slapping girls during primary school must be more common that i was led to believe.

My young cousin got suspended for pinching a girl's butt. He's only 7 years old. This reminds me of those articles about kids being suspended for gun shaped food and toys. ****ing ridiculous.

Well the teacher was probably a little annoyed that he randomly kissed her during the reading session when he should be paying attention, also the teachers says that the girls reaction was out of disgust and that she didn't like it which I'm starting to believe is true because the girl never speaks up against this. Only the parents with a sketchy story.
Of course it can be flawed too though. Like I know someone who was suspended for hugging his girlfriend and grabbing her butt only because the hall monitor told them repeatedly no PDA in the halls when I was in high school. It's just a silly thing that happens every once in a while in schools. Not breaking news like how it's being portrayed.
Like I said it's just a media diversion to distract from the shooting, that's why it's such "breaking news". This type of cover up story happened when that dude shot up a bunch of people at the batman movie as well.

But the point I wanted to make was kissing someone can't be a 'sexual harassment' if your are 6 year old child.:yeah: Maybe the girl didn't like it, but that doesn't mean you suspend a guy and say that he did sexual harassment because needless to say that guy/girl doesn't even know the meaning of sexual harassment. Teacher could have just warned him or told his parents or told him not to do it, there are other ways.
Of course it is a silly thing and that's why school administrations shouldn't have allowed it to become an issue or 'breaking news'.:| They should have dealt with the matter with more maturity than this.

I slapped the butt of a 14 year old girl when i was 9 myself . I don't remember whether i was slapped for it or not . XD

People are so shell shocked from the crimes of todays world that they start looking to stump them at a young age.
In elementary and middle school, at least the ones I went to, PDA was prohibited. I guess it's a good thing to teach a kid, but reacting in such an extreme way is unacceptable.
"Sexual Harassment," is thrown around so heavily nowadays. You don't have to punish someone while ruining their childhood. It's like they think he's a future rapist based off of this, which just isn't fair.
