History: Born in the Hidden Rain Village, Matsuo was raised by his father and mother, who were both elite ninja. When he was 4, his parents fled during the civil war when they were accused of being conspirators against Hanzo. While living on the run, his father train him in basic ninjustu, taijustu, and intermediate staff techniques for 11 years to protect himself. Knowing they were going to be endlessley pursued, his parents decided to leave him with a distant relative living the Hidden Rock Village thinking he would be safer there then with them. Vowing to never become weak he later enrolled in the ninja academy to better his skills. He is now trying to become a chunin in hopes of becoming more skilled, and later enough experience to travel alone to the Land of Lighting to be taught the elusive Ranton justus.
