Very good, but you forgot to look at the size of the dragon.
Since you are able to control it, it can go anywhere on the battlefield and can also potentially block your enemy's vision. As said, it can also be used as a defense mechanism against Wind attacks, as the dragon can basically "eat up" the wind and grow stronger.

*I take the scroll, then I open it, and start channel my fire chakra into it, I continue adding more chakra into the scroll till its enough to create the tiger, then I manipulate my fire chakra, releasing a tiger made of fire that is directed towards senseis clone, it runs towards the clone, and attaching itself onto the clone, making it difficult for the clone to evade the damage that happens, as I cause the tiger to explode causing serious damage and the clone eventually disperse*

well in this case, the clone is burnt pretty badly, for a normal person what will remain is ashes>_> further more the clone was at the center of the explosion, which makes things worse, explosion usually causes a large sound, it has a considerable amount of force, pushing away anything/person around the explosion as well as burning them, and destroys the surrounding within its reach

*I mold my fire chakra, and gather it in my chest, then I release fire from my mouth then I immediately follow up channeling my wind chakra into my chest, as I do that, I release a huge blast of wind that combines with the fire releasing them across the training ground destroying the area*

pressure damage alone has a considerable amout of power, then combined with a fire jutsu, the power would be increased at to an extraordinary level, incinerating anything in its path, nothing would be left standingU_U also about the speed, I think at best it would take 0.5-1 second to reach mid range, because the speed is also enhanced drastically by the combination, also this has a destructive impact, it destroys everything in its path as it moves, carrying momentum, as well as a massive fire

if there was a range after S rank that is not forbiden/affects the user I'd put this technique there~_~ it's too damn large and the fact that its huge horizontally and vertically makes the technique extremely impossible to evade, this can be used to attack multiple opponents, completely destroy defenses while acting as one, and evaporating large volumes of water equivalent to a river

*I start molding up my fire chakra, as I do that, I begin to build up fire chakra in my chest, once I've build up enough chakra I apply pressure, then I release a huge storm-like flame that covers a huge area, incinerating everything it covers*

Well done. As said, emphasize on the burning (psychological effects), the size (distraction and vision blocking), the fiery sound (further distraction), and the actual use of it, turning water into steam upon where you can further emphasize the use of it.
