*I mold my fire chakra, then channel fire chakra into my chest, as I do that, I apply pressure and spit it out as a ball of fire, I make sure to focus more of my chakra into the middle of the fire ball in other to give it an explosive nature, then I send it towards your clone, the fireball explodes on impact with your clone*

The surrounding will undoubtedly not remain the same, the explosive effect will destroy anything within its range<_<

Okay, let's discuss some more details. I'll replicate this move for you.

Concentrating on the flow of chakra, I easily let it slide into its dominant form of chakra, a burning fire that started within my chest, gathering momentum and pressure as I let the jutsu grow. Believing that I have applied enough pressure and force to the fireball, I released it from my mouth towards the clone at about chest level. Due to the fact that we were at mid range, it would take at least a second plus a fraction or so, however, as it strikes my clone, it bursts into a maelstrom of flames that quickly spread across the mid to long range (10~25+ meters, providing that I did not stand too close to the move to get burned), the intensity of it so hot that I could feel it from my position. The storm burned loudly and was large enough so that even my peripheral view was covered with flames.

When fire is added, it covers the rasengan in flames, the rasengan become engulfed in fire, and when it is used on the enemy it pushes them back, and explodes into a huge flame reach about mid range- long

*I take the scroll and open it, then I start charging my fire chakra into it, I continue adding chakra into it until its enough for the jutsu, then I form a dragon that comes out and moves directly at your clone, on impact with your clone, the fire dragon explodes causing the clone to disperse*

I'd use it to attack multiple enemies at once due to its explosive nature, and also in a surprise attack, since the jutsu is quick to form, and the explosion could also act as a defensive mechanism if used well

Very good, but you forgot to look at the size of the dragon.
Since you are able to control it, it can go anywhere on the battlefield and can also potentially block your enemy's vision. As said, it can also be used as a defense mechanism against Wind attacks, as the dragon can basically "eat up" the wind and grow stronger.
