( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
An advantage for this would be that the opponent would think twice about using a fire or even lightning attack for fear of igniting the gas.
However, as it is a short range jutsu it can only be used effectively in a limited number of circumstances (close-ish combat).
Another negative is that the opponent would just be able to use a wind jutsu to either completely blow it away, or back on top of you. Allowing the opponent to ignite on you...
( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
A good jutsu as it can reach up to mid-range and has a fairly large radius of flames around the cord. The flame also progresses somewhat quickly towards to target.
A disadvantage would be that an opponent, upon seeing you throw the kunai/shuriken, would deflect them using there own ninja tools or wait for the jutsu to be activated and blow the cords back towards the user...
( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique

Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
A good jutsu for that can be used quite well in close range encounters. As it fires off many small fireballs it can be used to stop someone getting into taijutsu range and maybe push them back slightly. Also by hiding shuriken in the fireballs it adds a bit more power to the attack that the opponent may have not noticed.
We have seen Sasuke use this jutsu, hiding shuriken in them as well, where after the fireballs wear off the shuriken keep on going. A good use if the opponent manages to get out of short range without physically stopping this jutsu.
However, being short ranged is where its main weakness lies. Nor has it the strength to inflict major damage unto an opponent.
( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet

Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.
Being mid-range and having the three direction attack front, this is a really useful and difficult to evade. However, as a giant dragon head appears first, one could deduce what attack is coming next and plan their counter accordingly (eg. going underground or using a water wall).
Being a large jutsu, if the opponent had gone underground or used a water wall (not sure of the jutsu name) the user would not be aware of it until the counter had already been initiated...
( Katon: Gōenka ) - Fire Release: Great Flame Flower

Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.
A versatile jutsu in the means that is covers all ranges, the blast radius of each meteor is also very large making them difficult to avoid. The strength of the jutsu makes it slightly harder to counter us most of the higher water jutsu (to the best of my knowledge) require a lot of hand seals, where this requires none.
However, as the user has to jump into the air in order to gain the height advantage, an opponent can prepare a generic counter attack or just be aware that an attack is coming.
