Excellent. So I suppose you know the deal with explaining everything you know about fire, in real life and in our role play. It's properties, effects and everything you can come up with.
Let's see, fire. Well it begins with some sort of substance and then an ignition. Is a exothermic chemical process that releases heat, light, among others. The color of the fire changes with the temperature. Fire was one of the first "tools" of mankind as well, revolutionizing the race.
In Naruto, Fire release is one of the basic 5 elements. It's formed by superheating chakra in the lungs and/or throat, and then releasing it, in most cases. It can be combined with a few other elements, such as earth to make lava, and wind to create a bigger and stronger attack. It is a part of Dust, Lava, and Scorch release. Naturally, it is weak to water, as water smothers the flames. It's strong against wind, as the fire absorbs the wind's strength. Its usually a straight forward, brute element used to intimidate the enemy. Very common among the Uchiha and Konoha shinobi. Hmm, I think that just about covers it.

Excellent. You pretty much covered everything. Now, to perform fire jutsus you need to "unlock" the specific chakra nature and for that you will have to sit over there and concentrate. Drop everything from your mind and lose focus of everything that happens around you. Concentrate solely on your chakra and the properties of fire. This piece of paper, is called chakra paper. It reacts to certain chakra natures. A proof that you are able to mold fire chakra would be the paper burning into ashes. So, take this paper, place it on your hand, and cover it with your other, as you're concentrating.
Alright then, hmm. I'll get started. First off, I place the paper on my upturned palm. Second, I place my left had over my right, the palms touching, and the paper in-between them. I sit gently on the floor, and close my eyes, concentrating. I focus on heating my chakra, in order to begin to ignite the paper. I then focus the flow of my super-heated chakra into my hands, continually building up the temperature in order to change my chakra nature into fire. After several minutes of concentrating and builiding up temperature, the paper begins to ignite from the edges, until it turns to dust in my hands. I dump the ashes onto the ground, and then return my chakra to it's normal, basic state.

Description: The user shoots balls of fire at the opponent.
By gathering an amount of fire chakra in your lungs/throat take a deep breath and infuse the air with it as you exhale it. Using shape manipulation shape your chakra into a small fireball. Aim it at the nearby tree.
I focus my chakra into my lungs, concentrating on super heating the chakra in order for it to turn to fire nature chakra. Once done, I exhale powerfully, releasing the hot chakra. I use it to combine with the air around me, releasing a shot of fire. Using shape manipulation on the chakra as it is released, I form it into a small fireball, which hits and singes a nearby tree.

( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance

Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
Now simply take out a few shuriken out of your pouch and infuse them with your fire chakra. As you throw them at your opponent, they ignite, dealing extra damage. Try it a couple of times on the tree.
I tuck one of my hands behind my back, drawing three shuriken from one of my ninja pouches. I then proceed to sling them in the direction of the tree. As I start to throw them, I focus my chakra, and begin to superheat it. Once done, I release the chakra through my mouth, changing it into actual fire. The fire envelops each and all of the shuriken, so as they travel, they are burning with fire. They thunk into a nearby tree, continually burning the bark.

Description: The user spews a small fireball.
Simply spew out a small fire ball towards the tree.
I focus my chakra, and begin to superheat it within my lungs. Once I have finished them, I release the chakra through my mouth, changing it into actual fire. When the fire leaves my mouth, I shape it into a single fireball, concentrating on shaping it correctly. I aim the fire at the same tree, who receives another burn when it makes contact.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
To perform this technique you simply perform the handseals and blow out a flammable gas. Excellent technique if you want to prevent your opponent from using fire techniques, or else, he'd kill himself.
I focus my chakra into my lungs, and then perform the required hand seals, Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger. I then expel the chakra from my mouth in the form of a flammable gas, instead of fire. The gas cloud spreads around me, restricting the use of anything that would ignite it.
With the flammable gas initially beginning around yourself, the opponent could use a technique that originates close to the opponent, igniting the cloud. That would burn yourself alive. xD Something akin to a tagged kunai could also work.

Game technique. I didn't really play the game so I don't know how it exactly looks but I suppose that you simply gather fire chakra in your mouth, place your hand, with your middle and index fingers, in front of your mouth and blow a small fire stream at your opponent. This technique requires no handseals. Can it be better? ^^

I focus my fire chakra, heating it up in my lungs to a specific temperature. I then bring my hand up to my mouth, pinching my pointer and thumb together. I release the chakra through my mouth and fingers, forming a long stream of fire. I keep the stream constant for a few seconds before I cut off the chakra supply.
I first begin by performing the following hand seals, Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. I then inhale deeply, mixing my chakra with the air in my lungs. I superheat and then release the chakra forward, using shape manipulation to form a large fireball. This is done by forming a ring with my thumb and index finger upon release.

Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame.The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.
Don't confuse this with a real lighter, lol. You exhale a fire technique and later on, by molding your chakra, turn it into a wall of fire. Or actually, I'm not even sure, if it's a lighter anymore. I mean, who's walking around the ninja world with a lighter in their pocket, well, except Asuma, lol.
( Katon: Hibashiri ) - Fire Release: Running Fire

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with a suitable wind technique to release a massive inferno.
Tiger handseal. It represents the fire nature. A versatile fire attack. You can alter it's shape, depending on your needs. And to top that, it's even mid range.
