To create fire chakra the user increasing the temperature of their chakra...
Fire techniques are mid-to-long-ranged and cause burning or explosive damage. Fire chakra is strong against wind but weak against water.... A powerful enough fire jutsu can overwhelm its natural weakness of water by evporating it or turning it to steam.... A good noun to describe fire would be Hades....

*Focusing chakra into my lungs, I inhale rasing the tempeture of the chakra turning it into fire. I exhale, as the fire chakra flows through my lung up my throat and out my mouth I releasing a small fireball. The fireball crashes into a near by tree setting it ablaze*

As the charka goes up my throat and into my mouth, I lower the density of the charka turnning it into a flammable gas. As I exhale the charka mist covers your sasuke clone, soaking it from head to toe*
