(Raiton: Aian Itten no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Ion Particle Armor

Chakra Cost: 55 (+20 each turn active)
Damage Points: - (-40 to the user when armor is activated, -5 damage per turn, whilst active, +20 to all Lightning Jutsus, -10 from any Lightning Jutsu)
Description: The user gathers all positive electrically charged Ions in the nearby enviroment, creating an ultimate armor of Lightning that is capable of rejecting all positive and negative electrons that are coming in touch with them.The user's speed increases to Lee's 3rd Gate speed and his general competence in Lightning attacks increases.Each turn the armor is active, the ions zap the user's skin causing discomfort while he moves around.The first time the armor is activated, it slightly burns the surface of the skin.
- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.
- May be taught only by Shigure.

You get the main idea, channel lightning chakra around your body, create an armor, etc. etc.

Robbie, I've promised frost for quite some times, so if you tell me what Frost is, weakness, strength, etc. I'll teach you that shiz.

I charge my body with raiton chakra, Thus increasing the nerve receptors and endings, Heightening my body speed and reflexes, This does cause some minor irritation from the electric though, But overall....Worth it. xd

Frost must be similar to Ice but maybe it's frozen ice so it'll burn through a direct contact. It's made up of water and wind obviously but there's more wind added to it, making it hot ice. Weaknesses must be Wind/Fire in my opinion and its strong to water/earth/lightning... >_> not sure. It's neutral to ice.

Good enough, suppose my clone is wet, place your hand on it, infuse wind chakra in my clone then release it to afflict it with a sort of a frost bite.

Damage Points: 20 per turn (3 turns)
Description: This technique requires the opponent to be wet. The user places his hand on the opponent, infusing wind chakra and quickly turning the water into frost. As the water freezes the enemies' extremeties(hands-fingers, feet-toes) begin to hurt and tend to become motionless due to the cold. Eventually, if they aren't heated properly the opponent shall be afflicted by frostbite, rendering their hands, feet and maybe even arms and legs useless.

Restrictions:
  • This technique may only be used once per battle.
  • Using "Fire Chakra" to heat one's body will not be enough to get rid of the Frost, the opponent must find a heat source.
  • This works in conjunction with the Hidden Mist Technique, as the water vapours slightly soak the opponent, however the damage to the user is imminent also.
  • The user himself may suffer of frostbite if he is soaked when performing this technique.
  • If the opponent does not find a heat source in three rounds after the Frostbite technique has been performed on him, he will suffer from literal frostbite, which will render his finger and/or feet useless

I place my hand on your wet clone and channel wind all around your clone, turning the water around your clone really icey cold, giving your clone a frost bite.
