Alright, let us begin.

Tell me what you know about this element, what's the weakness and is strength of this element and what can it be combine with. I want eight sentences explaining about fire. Everything has to be written with your own words.

Fire is one of the basic 5 elements in Naruto. It is used by heating up chakra in your stomach and releasing it out of your mouth. The element of fire is common in the land of fire because of the Uchiha clan who have a natural affinity with fire. Fire is strong against wind because air flow (wind) is what fuels fire. On the other hand fire is weak against water because water can extinguish fire. You can combine fire and lightning to affect the weather if you wanted too. If you use wind in conjunction with fire you receive a stronger fire. Fire is also used for KG's to work (Lava release and Boil release).

Alright so now let us begin with jutsus, every time i post a jutsu tell me how can you overcome it and how you could use it also, explain what you suppose to do to make it.

This is a simple one.
I breath in and I focus my fire chakra and heat it up in my stomach and then as it becomes really hot I blow out the hot chakra out of my mouth in the form of fire. I shoot it at a three and it burns.

That's good enough since this a d-rank jutsu, their is really not a lot into it.

I grab the three shurikens and throw them at a tree. As Im about to release them I quickly heat up chakra in my stomach and I breath fire all over them causing them to ignite and catch on fire
They then hit the tree and burn the bark a little but not enough for the tree to catch on fire

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
This is a helpful jutsu, show me how is done.
I perform the Snake->Ram->Monkey->Tiger handseals while performing them I inhale and begin heating up chakra in my lungs. When Im done the last handseal I blow out gas from my lungs.
Would you like me to ignite it?
I ignite but make sure its far enough from me not to kill me and I then focus chakra into my stomach heat it up and use

I inhale a lot of air and heat it up in my stomach as soon as its hot enough I exhale it in a small stream of fire. I aimed it at a tree and it burns off a few branches.

I take a huge breath and begin heating up a latge amount of my chakra in my stomach. As Im heating up and focusing my chakra I quickly perform the following handseals: Snake->Ram->Monkey->Boar->Horse->Tiger. As soon as Im dont the handseals I form a ring with my thumb and index finger and spew a large fireball out of my mouth burning down all a tree's leaves
