If attacked with a same ranked wind jutsu, it can overpower and increase in power.
It can be useful in starting a fire in conjunction with say Black Clouds jutsu.
And can be used as a supplement with a wind jutsu that you fire to increase power.

Acceptable, now make it more powerful into a stream. For this jutsu;

I then part my lips slightly bring my the air from my lungs and mix it with the chakra in my mouth, and quickly push it all out, causing a friction of chakra and air to ignite. I keep my chakra stream steady, allowing a flame of fire to burn the log*

*The two techniques clash together, burning into a big smoke* Nice, now we will try using the same chakra of fire but create just slightly less friction than necessary, release it in the surroundings and light it with a spark. But this time you have to start with some hand-seals; Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger to release the gas.

Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

"This is another one of fire flames technique, it follows the same concept but requires more chakra than other techniques, the technique does not requires hand-seals making it more faster than other techs. The disadvantage is that its short range, but if used correctly it can be very much useful in close battles. Scaze you may reply from where you left off, you dont have to re-learn these techs."

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

Performs the hand-seals "After performing these hand-seals, inhale large amount of air, add fire chakra to it and make a ring between your thumb and index finger, blow out a fireball through that hole."

"Tell me how will you use this jutsu, what is the biggest disadvantage and how can you get rid of that disadvantage once and for all?"

The disadvantage of this jitsu is that it is a short range fire jutsu. its not a projectile.and so has a limited range. By using a wind jutsu projectile straight after or in conjunction, you can increase the range which also in teases its power.

I Ignite the matchstick, by drawing in some air, and mixing it with my chakra, then spitting out a small flame onto the stick. The stick ignites as I then drop it to the ground watching it burn. As soon as it hits the ground, I surround the flame with my chakra, giving the fire more fuel, and taking in the surrounding air as the fire grows. I keep feeding it chakra, until it raises as tall as my height, and two metres wide. I then cut out my chakra, which returns the fire back to its small size on the stick.*

A wind attack in combination would be great, as it would increase the power and distance with the attack, as well as an earth based attack where it would possibly launch the fire match, like a flaming projectile.

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

"Only smart asses are able to perform this one, it requires quite the use of shurikens with metal cords attacked to them. Wrap and bind your opponent and using a cord as a way of path ignite it in the shape of dragon and assault the upper body."
