Wrong! Firstly you create the Earth dragon (Earth Flow River -> Earth Dragon bullets) and then use the fire to light up the bullets which the dragon shoots. You cannot mold two different chakras at the same time unless you are creating a KG. What you basically did was do a lava technique. Again!

*I begin by channelling my earth chakra into my hands, then slamming them into the ground releasing my earth chakra into the ground and forming the ground into flowing river of mud. I then continue to send my chakra into the ground, and manipulate the mud and shaping it into the head of a dragon which rises out from the mud. I then send a surge of my earth chakra into the dragon forcing mud projectiles to be shot out of its mouth. Immediately after this, I then begin the inhale and gather my fire chakra into my lungs. I then begin to form the chakra into small fire dragon heads, after which I then form the tiger hand seal and then release the chakra and exhale as I spew out the projectiles out of my mouth and layer then on top of the earth bullets. The fire then heats the earth bullets; forming them into lava dragon head projectiles which head away from me at a fast speed!*

Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.
Firstly perform these six hand seals. Shows you the seals. Then release a barrage of fireballs that spread over an expansive range. Though the fireballs can deal damage, they are mainly a distraction. Throw shuriken at each of the fireballs concealing them in the flames. So if the opponent deals with the fire only, the shuriken should continue his way. You are able to manipulate both the fireballs and shuriken with your chakra so use that to your advantage. Try it yourself now.
What other usages are there to this technique?
*I begin channelling my chakra into my hands and then I perform the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger handseals; after which I then inhale as much air as I can, and gather my fire chakra chakra into my lungs. I then manipulate the chakra and form it into small spheres of fire. I then exhale and release several small fireballs which can be controlled with my chakra. Immediately after this, I pull out several shuriken and aim at the fireballs and throw the shuriken into the fireballs; concealing their presence!*
Besides using this to hide weapons, this can also be used as a standard attack when your opponent is in a stiff position and hard to avoid the attack. You could also spew the fireballs over a large range forcing the opponent to move back into a trap or jutsu set up by yourself!

Alright. Now just regarding your descriptions. I don't know how good of a RP'er you are, but I presume you are good. In fights, the description of your move is the key to winning. When writing your move ask yourselves the folowing questions:
- What does my opponent do?
- When does he do it?
- How can I use that to my advantage?
Now regarding your descriptions, there is a difference doing something after something has happened and doing something at the same time. In a fight, while you take the time to exhale, and then mold your chakra your opponent could easily attack you. You have to work fast, without hesitation while keeping it realistic. That's what makes our RP fun. I just wanted to point this out. Perhaps we can have a little fight after the training

*I begin by performing the Horse → Tiger; after which I then begin to inhale as much air as I can, and begin to gather my katon chakra in my lungs. I then begin to mould and manipulate the katon chakra; forming it into a large, dense sphere of fire. I then exhale, and by doing this I release the fireball straight out of my mouth. Just as the fireball leaves my mouth, I begin to channel more katon chakra into it, increasing its size drastically; giving it the appearance of a meteor. I then release the fireball and it charges forward away from me!*
Well the technique would burn the opponent severely, and due to its size, the explosion would cover a large area making it harder to avoid.
On the other hand, due to its enormous size, it may obstruct your vision and blind you from an incoming attack from a different direction. Also, since the technique is large, it may take longer to reach the opponent compared to a smaller attack; in which the opponent can use the time to dodge the attack.
You know, it will also block the opponents vision of you so it's both an advantage and disadvantage. It's large range, and small number of hand seals makes it a quick offensive technique with a decent rank. An all purpose technique

Perform four hand seals and change your chakra into superheated ash which you release from your mouth into a cloud. This ash is heated enough to cause severe burns on the opponent. By clicking your teeth, the ash will explode violently dealing damage.
