Chakra is the basis for performing jutsus. Chakra is the moulding of physical energy from every cell of body and spiritual energy gained from experience...
Chakra flows in our body through chakra circulatory systems, including 361 chakra points...
By combining two energies in varying proportion, new chakra types can be formed viz Fire nature, earth nature, water nature, wind nature, lightning nature. Most shinobi have innate affinity to certain type of elemental chakra but can also mould other type of chakra nature...
Apart from basic elemental chakra, there is also yin and yang release.
Hand signs are used to mould and modulate the chakra in performing various jutsus.

Good, lets start the tree climbing exercise.
-Throws a kunai in the tree-
I want you to channel your chakra to the soles of your feet and stick to the tree so that you run up and retrieve the kunai for me.

I got it sensei...
Concentrates the chakra to my feet
* silent wind blows carrying some leaves*
With the chakra concentrated at my feet, runs towards the tree
climbs vertically on the tree using feet
falls down within 3 steps...
*Gathers chakra to feet, again*
Now runs from a distance towards tree
climbs up using my feet only...
*Falls down at half way towards kunai the tree under my feet cracks slightly and bears my foot impression*
I guess I moulded too much chakra:ghehe:
Tries for another 5 hours U_U
*Barely touches the kunai*
Repeatedly tries
At around 70th try, gets hold of the kunai...:T_T:
Jumps in joy...
Loses chakra control and falls down...:rofl:xd
Waits for sensei to assess my tree climbing exercise.

O_O Sit in the sun and meditate for a while.. Think about fires destructive properties..
Walking in joy I head towards a open area where the sun's scorching heat falls on the ground... I know my b*tt will hurt but gotta endure all hardships...

Now on folding both my legs, I begin to meditate with both my hands on my lap..
with the heat of sun above me, I try and focus on the amazing creative and destructive power of fire...
* The only thing that comes first to my mind is the intense heat and burning flames like those in Hell's inferno... *
I open my eyes shockingly...
after sometime I focus even more deep within my mind..
Now a faint light appears in my thought, and as it grows closers feels warm and delightful in surrounding darkness...
Now I understand Fire is an element which based on the user's will can do the ultimate destruction or help in creation or persistence of living things...

I want you to think of those destructive properties as you channel your fire chakra to your hand(s). I want you to try and shoot a fireball from your hand.

Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
Inhale a deep breath of air, and mix it with your fire chakra, within the lungs. Then throw shuriken at that tree trunk while exhaling the fire from your mouth. The fire will catch onto the shuriken setting them on fire and will char some of the bark of the trunk.
Now try it out.

Now I try to mix my chakra with the inhaled air by releasing chakra from my chakra network in the lungs.
Simultaneously I pick up 3 shurikens in each hand and throw them in front of me towards the tree at short distance while exhaling the chakra enriched air towards the shuriken at greater speed.
The chakra mixed air catches fire on exiting my mouth and races towards the shurikens and sets them on fire...

This jutsu is quite similar to Dragon Flame Blitz but instead of channeling your chakra into the your hands you focus chakra into your esophagus and then release that chakra to spit out a small ball of fire.

It takes some time...
Then I slightly inhale deep and try to spit out the chakra through my mouth...
But only smoke comes out..:T_T:
May be I didn't mould and spit out enough fire chakra..
I then try the same for many times..
At around 30th try, small balls of flame shoots out of my mouth leaving my lips slightly burned...!
