First i use:

As you begin to release the ash cloud I also use:

The two clouds of ash clash against each other creating a stalemate and forming a large cloud of superheated ash in between us.
I jump back and click my teeth causing my ash cloud to ignite, and thus causing your cloud to ignite as well not causing any damage to either of us but created a large amount of smoke between us, obscuring your vision of me.

Well your (Katon: Hibashiri) - Fire Style: Racing Fire would colide with my wall of fire and they would cancel each other out, then i throw many kunais throught the smoke from where the attack came from with wires attached to them then i use:

Since I had sent the rotating ring of fire through the smoke it would have cleared a path allowing me to see your movements and you throwing the kunai and I use:

With kunai hidden in them. As the fireballs head towards you they kunai inside of them collide with the kunai you threw and they all fall harmlessly to the ground. However the fire balls continue towards you making you cancel the second move you used. And since my jutsu is a Rank C jutsu it would be quickly made, giving you no time to for the hand seals for Intense Pain.

And I then throw down three smoke bombs, one in front of me, one to the left of me and one to the right of me (not directly to the left and right, but out in front to the left and right) to create a wall of smoke in front of me masking your view of me. I then begin to run to the right behind the wall of smoke.

I'm not sure if you would have enough time to form the hand seals, release the ash, create a wall, and jump back before the fireballs reached you. Most likely would cause the ash to blow up in your face. xd
