*Richter feels as if he just walked into a cool room as the ring of fire dissipates.*
Thanks, Sarutobi-Sempai. That feels much better.
Strong points
- - This technique not only burns, but cuts/stabs your enemy. -
- - The heat of the shuriken would only hurt your enemy even more upon penetration. -
- - This, just like the last jutsu can be used as a very helpful distraction -
Weak points
- - Like normal shuriken, these can be easily avoided. -
- - If you run out of shuriken prior, then this jutsu can't be used. -
- - this jutsu is short ranged and can blown back in your face using a wind release technique. -
Combinations-strategies: This jutsu can be used to effectively fake out your opponent. To do this, instead of lighting the shuriken, you can perform a powerful long range jutsu. Setting your enemy up for a kill, or possibly a trap. Another method is to purposely stick the flaming shuriken in the ground for igniting purposes.
Example: say I use this technique and they stick in the ground. I'll use that flame to ignite a paper bomb (a trap). or I can make it look like i'm about to use it for lighting a paper bomb (throw the shuriken close to a spot where one is planted) and in turn, scaring my opponent, and setting them up for a deadly attack.
Ways to counter: One may counter this move by simply using a Wind Release technique to blow the shuriken right back at you. One can also use a kunai/paper bomb to create an explosion that will mask the user's vision, considering the short ranged nature of the jutsu.
( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
*Richter takes out 4 shuriken, holding them by placing his first four fingers in their holes. Richter then throws them at the same tree. Richter then begins to mold his chakra as he forces his heated chakra to run up his stomach, through his throat and out his mouth, thus, breathing out a flame that ignites the shuriken before they stick into the tree. They're now lined up in a perfect vertical formation under Sempai's.*
That one was kinda tricky; I had to act fast so I could ignite them in time.
