No, Kirin > RS They are stupid.

amaterasu is a different fire element, regular rasengan < fire ball jutsu. Amaterasu (different element stuff like rasengan which is why amaterasu > fire, which is why RS > rasengan).

Kirin > RS imo, only thing they can say is that wind > lightning stuff, that's true but not accurate. Sasuke chidori/lightning is so strong that it can equal wind elements. If this wasn't true then Naruto would have won every clash. That's because they are equal, but because Kirin is instant and explodes and it comes from above it would destroy RS. That's my opinion though.

i think its pretty well known that wind style: rasenshuriken is wind based but you said fireball jutsu> any rasengan variation so i assume you mean rasengan, rasengan barrage, oudama rasengan, etc.

They aren't necessarly wrong. It would depend on the power of the FRS in question. If Naruto fires a FRS on the same level as Kirin, it will indeed counter it

second, what you saw here:

is a rasenshuriken thats incomplete that naruto started with in his training. its just a rasengan combined with wind release. this isnt for all rasengan. so thats your error

here is naruto wiki's standard rasengan that has no chakra nature
