Lol Alright 
Fire is an element that can be used in combat mainly in offense but can be also used in defense, it is performed with the tiger hand seal. Depending on how you mold your chakra you can make different forms and shapes of it.
Fire can be strengthened if combined with the Wind element and is weak against Water. Fire is most likely used for Mid to Long range attacks, and you can also strengthen your weapons attacks by concealing them with flames using your chakra, and this can also lead to surprise attacks.
The higher level of Fire Release in Naruto is Amaterasu.

*I gather a good amount of chakra, then I concentrate on creating a small stream of fire towards you that will not burn you, though due to the massive heat you start feeling dizzy and your head start hurting you, I keep this up until you finally fall down on one knee*
