Avd: Can't be blocked with normal sword.

Dis: For a higher ranked ninja, the slashes will be visible, Sasuke was able to held off danzo's wind blade with his lightning. so it can be render useless with a fire jutsu, channeling fire in sword etc.

Wind Release: Rising Dragon
Adv: - No hand seal required which is very helpful. also it should be a very quick jutsu. The opponent is caught in a hurricane, so before the hurricane can reach the target, for some battle field it can aso be used to create a sand storme, causing damage to the targets eyes while slashing him.

Dis: For this type of jutsu i guess the range should be long cause it can be easily avoided by flying backwards if needed.

Q: What it that wind blade mentioned in the description, i mean how can i perform it, do i use my sword?
