Alrighty then. For this first fine justu we have here, to preform this you must preform 4 handseals and cause your lightning chakra to emit from your body in the from of a blinding light. The light will blind on sight and in most cases your opponent won't be able to see this coming. In the RP tourney that's currently going on Scaze and myself one thanks to it.

Descripton: A chidori that spreads from the users palm into lightning bolts that cover a circular area destroying all thats in its way.

This justu was used in a game on the psp i believe. Thus there is no way for me to give you a good example of it. But to do this you basically create a chidori in your hand and then manipulate it to spread from your hand. Just as the description says it does so in a circular area, but the area is high and wide. So if your opponent jumps up they'd still be hit by the justu. Broly uses this justu a lot, if you have more questions about this justu talk to broly about it.

I perform the required handseals for the first jutsu as I concentrate raiton chakra from my body to emit into a blinding light , That blinds targets...

The second jutsu I peform the handseals for the chidori...

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range
