Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
Build up a large amount of lightning chakra into your hands and preform the snake handseal. Allowing you to concentrate all the raw lighting power in your hands into a condensed substance of lightning in the form of a spear. The lightning spear is very strong. It's on the same level as lightning blade but of course this is a projectile. Don't let the description fool you though. It's not a spear. The lightning stream is constantly connected to you so if somebody summons water above you well then you're done.

Nidaime, Gathers raiton chakra into his hands as he stares at nothing on the grassy field , Nidaime then reaches both his hands out as lightning currents begin to zig zag through his palms.... More & More chakra builds up , Then Nidaime releases the Lightning bolt of chakra at the ground from both hands turning side to side while the current is still in connection with his palms

Everyone has been complimenting it o_oAnyways Kirin is the most powerful lightning attack they say , to do kirin 1 must Use the Dragon flame bomb technique shoot it into the sky , Raise there hand while gathering electricity on it come in contact with the lightning above or wait till yall or connected w.e o_o , Place your hand forward downward position as the lightning wolf comes blazing down, 1 shot kill. takes a while to do & unblockable

Good. Just a few things i need to clarify. You don't have to use dragon flame bomb, you need to use a B rank or above fire technique to heat up the sky that will generate the lightning clouds. You also need to use chidori in the same turn to harness the lightning in the air, it is then you can aim the kirin at your target. And yeah, if your opponent heats up the clouds to prepare them for kirin you can steal his kirin and use it yourself. Okay ?

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will then create a blinding light that appears to emanate from the users body and blind the target/s.
Alrighty then. For this first fine justu we have here, to preform this you must preform 4 handseals and cause your lightning chakra to emit from your body in the from of a blinding light. The light will blind on sight and in most cases your opponent won't be able to see this coming. In the RP tourney that's currently going on Scaze and myself one thanks to it.

This justu was used in a game on the psp i believe. Thus there is no way for me to give you a good example of it. But to do this you basically create a chidori in your hand and then manipulate it to spread from your hand. Just as the description says it does so in a circular area, but the area is high and wide. So if your opponent jumps up they'd still be hit by the justu. Broly uses this justu a lot, if you have more questions about this justu talk to broly about it.
