Now, the second thing you will do it water streaming. You heard from Reborn how water is a very good conductor, but you need to be careful when you conduct lightning in wet surfaces. For one, the lightning which is compressed out of electrons will in most cases spread through the water fully. Think about it. Imagine if you are over a water surface and try to use the water as a medium to shock the opponent. That could be a kill, but more like a double kill as you will die too. Or anyone touching the water. Once lightning chakra gets into contact with water, it will conduct all over the water surface. Although weakened cause it is spread, it will most likely kill you fairly well. Now...my point is...when you use water conductivity be sure that the only part of you body which will tough lightning, is the part which released the chakra itself. So, you would best have a path of water connecting you to the enemy, or a solid water object like a whip or rope connect you to the enemy. Then, charge chakra inside your body, in the center of your chest. Break it in half and send it towards both of your arms. Continue, shoulder, biceps and triceps, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. Release the lightning into the surface of water you are touching. Keep streaming the lightning into a very controlled matter or it will run wild. Send out small amounts of electricity continuously as it will reach your enemy a lot faster due to the water. The lightning will reach him very much faster, and it would allow you to get the enemy very quick and fairly well.

Now another cool way I would use it is force your enemies to stand on the water source, while you are in the shore. Simply touch the surface and channel lightning chakra through the water. It will conduct the lightning through it. But unlike before, it will not take a round path, it will spread equally through the whole surface and it would give everyone a nice shock.

Now...as for the method, I could post the technique here, but that is simply copy and pasting. Read the description and fill the rest with your elaboration when you use the technique. After this we have one more streaming method and we will move over to the next method. Are we cool?

Now, i have a question concerning this. How long does the electricity stay in the water after it gets there? One turn? After the move? Kinda want to know, if you know <.<.

It would stay no longer than right after the move. Think about it this way. For lightning to discharge into something it will need a solid body. Now, when you are streaming it into the water. The lightning chakra will ripple through the water in form of a big fast wave. It will shock every living being, or material inside the water. It will shock fishes to death, it will shock everyone swinging or on the surface, corrals ect...But the rest of the lightning will eventually hit the bottom of the lake, or the shore. From there, the lightning will simply discharge on the ground causing no real visible damage as it is spread out so much, the little parts will have no power large enough to break up the rock. So...for long it will last is just dependent on how big the lake is, and how far the enemy is. Generally, it is just one move.

Wouldn't this shock me as well as i have my hand in the water? Or does the counter chakra i actually stream into the water bounce back the electricity that the water then will contain? O__O.

Lightning will generally move only one way. There are no solid cases when it is fully reflected towards you unless you use holy weapons which are only bound to bios or abilities like the Yata Mirror. So lightning will move out with you being the epicenter and not come back to get you. Another very well thought explanation is this. Remember when Naruto protected everyone in the war from Madara's and Obito's fire. Why doesn't a fireball burn your face? Why doesn't the chidori fully shock you? Why doesn't the lightning armor hurt or kill the raikage? The thing is, the user's chakra can protect the user from his attacks. The hands with chidori will be cloaked with your own chakra to protect you from the shock. This property could very well be used to guard from foreign chakra as well, but the amounts needed should be insanely thick and resilient. The only chakra shown to do that so far is the Bijuu chakra...just like Naruto did when he protected everyone.

Pretty much the same kind of techiques, so listed both.

Performing the first one:

I start by molding chakra from the core of my body. I then transform the chakra by using nature-transformation and turn it into lightning chakra. I then channel the lightning chakra from my core towards my chest - shoulders - arms - wrists, and ultimately hands where i concentrate it. This results in some static showing off from the skin in form of sparks and the chakra makes my hands glow white/blue-ish. The chakra is release from my fingertips, who are pointing outwards and create a stream of lightning chakra. As i do that, i also use shape manipulation to transform the stream into a vertical wave that is very sharp. The wave would then pulsate from my fingertips as i release the chakra a couple of times.

Performing the second technique:

I start off by molding chakra from my core again. I then use my lightning affinity to transform the chakra into raiton chakra and in the meantime i perform a long but easily performed sequence of handseals;

Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey

and as i do that i channel the lightning chakra through my chest, shoulders, arms, wrists and ultimately hands. Again. The main difference of the techniques is the amount of chakra spent and required focus. It pays off though, by creating a very concentrated amount of raiton chakra in my hands they start to glow again but more sparks appear. This is a side-effect since the chakra this time is greater, making it harder to fully manipulate. I spend some time to really focus on getting the chakra sustainable while releasing it in a thrusting motion by pointing my palms outwards, wide open. Due to the discharge and sparks, the electricity really gets off by its name as it sounds like birds chirping. The chakra that is released is then taking form into a sort of blade or a cutter and is extremely powerful, while being able to cut through many solid materials that would easily shatter by the electricity.

Amazing work man. And I think we mentioned the chidori thing so we don't need to talk about it too much. Now the last one are full body streams. The full body streams just like any kind of stream as said...with require your body to constantly release chakra. But unlike the other methods, this one will need you to release the chakra from your whole body into equal amounts. These kinds of streams can be effective in many ways and the most basic one being the genjutsu releasing. Now....when your body is put into genjutsu most of them follow paralyzation. This paralyzation can be induced in many forms. Sometimes the body is just terrified that it can't move, in other cases physical matter like tentacles, rock, water or even living beings will stop you from moving. Whenever you are not able to use Kai...you will just release chakra....in this case lightning chakra through your whole body in form of a full body stream. The full body stream will fluctuate the chakra in such a way that you can escape freely. But....Genjutsu releasing is not the only part where this technique is effective. There even are techniques which need you release the chakra fully around you. One case would be if the enemies are surrounding you, or you get hit with projectile attacks in a 360 degree manner.

No questions really, but what differs this towards lightning armor really? I suspect that this would be a more an offensive form than the lightning armor but is it practically the same thing? I'll perform the technique:

I start off by molding raw chakra from the core of my body, only to transform it into lightning chakra by using nature transformation. The lightning chakra would be an unfocused form that would be released from my entire body outwards. Somewhat similar to an outburst of electricity that would have a paralyzing effect and a somewhat damaging effect towards elements that has lightning as its weakness. Now the releasing of genjutsu is relevant as you don't actually "shock" yourself with concentrated lightning and thus damage yourself or stun yourself. It is just like the release form of Kai but with altered nature transformation to spike the chakra flow but without the use of handseal(s). This kinda explained to me my own question that this release is not concentrated like lightning armor, so that'd be a big difference. Also the fact that this can be channeled into weapons, i doubt you can channel the lightning armor into weapons. Or maybe you could but.. Ionno.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Now....the last final set method would be the melee techniques. Tell me...what can you explain to me about Melee attacks? And about their advantages and disadvantages?

Melee raiton techniques are used quite often as they are capable of shattering most hardening techniques or solid defenses such as stone and metals. Honestly, most dedicated raiton users are very adept when it comes to close-combat and are able to even create shields of electricity while fighting in close-combat. That's the advantage i would say, raiton element is ideal for breaking through defenses and most armor based on solid structures.

The negative aspects of the lightning element using in close-combat is that it's not for beginners. As we know, the electricity is hard to control at first and could very well backfire on you or not form into what you want. You're also weak towards jutsus such as hurricane fist and powerful water techniques that could overcome your own jutsu and let it backfire on you and ultimately shock yourself. You need to be skillful in close-combat to use raiton as a weapon.

Method 3: Melee

My favorite method to explain. Chidori and its variants like Nagashi and spear, etc. Explaining Chidori will basically outline the rest. This is simply another shape+nature manipulation technique. Channel the raiton chakra in your hand; concentrate it so that the vibrations are so much so that they create the sound of chirping birds. The high amount of vibrations gives you a tremendous increase in power making the basic chidori technique capable of piercing straight through flesh and bone and even harder substances. Then the variants only have some slight modifications, however they all start with the creation of an initial Chidori in the palm (note: this does not mean you have to use Chidori before you use any of the variants) The modification is generally some general form of shape manipulation or merely an enhancement or sudden release of the built up energy from Chidori.

Advantages of Method

These techniques are great techniques to use in a fairly close combat setting. Though they’re ninjutsu techniques, they’re heavy taijutsu complimenting techniques. The basic chidori or Raikiri engulfs the entire hand and possess some degree of discharge. As well, the variants like current, spear, and senbon adds versatility to the element and allows for techniques to expand in range.

Disadvantages of Method

Though the variant techniques allow for the techniques in this method to extend in range, these ranged techniques generally lack in power. Chidori and Raikiri are powerful techniques, they are the base for the rest of the techniques in this method and they are short ranged. They are taijutsu compliments which means to avoid/get around these techniques, all one has to do is effectively get out of range. For the variants, there is not a large range for width wise with these attacks. They are mainly for the sake of reaching what they couldn’t reach before and there may not be a lot of general power behind them. Don’t get me wrong, all these techniques are A-ranked minimum and are high level techniques but higher level doesn’t necessarily mean their emphasis is on power. That fact allows for these techniques to be exploited to that degree.

Alright now. You will just perform Chidori as all the other techniques are very much the same. You will charge chakra inside your body..and send it towards one of your hands. Choose a right path, through the chest, to the shoulder, the arm, forearm, wrist and hand. Send the chakra into a sphere right in your palm, and create a very tough sphere of chakra. You will then change your chakra nature, forming lightning. Small discharges will start appearing all around, creating very quick vibrations of air...creating a sound which is pretty much like thousands of chirping birds.

You will then fight against my clone, and aim to pierce his heart. Go and "Rin" him hard!!

I start off by molding my chakra from the core of my body. It was time to release the lightning once again.. As i gather the chakra i blaze through a sequence of handseals in order to partain the focus the technique requires;

Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey

These handseals must be performed unless lightning mastery is given.. After performing the listed handseals i take aim at a clone of a donut-shaped turtle(>_O). I then channel the chakra through my stomach towards my chest, shoulders, arms and lastly my hand right hand. As i do this, i change the raw chakra form into lightning chakra by using my nature transformation once again. This makes my right arm glow light blue as well as giving faint discharging sparks cover my hand. The chakra is then focused completely and takes the form of an orb of pure and powerful lightning chakra. I then take charge towards the wtf-clone while while having my right arm behind me. As i run, i feel the very air around my right arm vibrate and i can see sparks flying everywhere as a trace behind my right arm. I then raise my right hand and charge it right into the clone. The impact causes a white, almost blinding light and the electricity is discharged right into the clone who takes a huge amount of damage and is cut in half. I stand still and stop the chakra flow.

Alright....sweet freaking performance. You can clearly see how these techniques are best used. They are sharp, can cut through matter just like butter, and pierce through almost anything. It was even shown effective against Gaara's ultimate defense.

Now...the last method that we will analyze, are the specifics. What I want you to do right now...is list me 2 techniques, which doesn't seem to fit with any prior method. If you can find 2...I will post the other ones here and we will need to take each technique separately for advantages and disadvantages.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Not bad...you found almost all of them. Another category though, are vortexes, such in the case of this technique.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Now...the only thing left to do, is for you to perform each and every individual technique at least once. You can do that in only one post, and after you finish it, I will mention a few advantages and disadvantages for this specific technique. Dont forget to ask anything you want to know or don't understand.

I'll start with the shadow clone.

I start by focusing my chakra from the core of my body to transform it into lightning chakra, required for the technique. I then release a surge of lightning that i quickly control by using shape manipulation to make it look like myself. As a result, there's an embodiment of myself next to me, made out of lightning chakra. This clone appears to be physical to touch but i can decide myself when i transform it back into pure lightning. Ideal move to fool your opponent and as a taijutsu ally.

Next i perform pillar bind.

I begin to mold my chakra once more. I then channel it through my body as i transform it with lightning affinity to make it become lightning chakra. As i do this, i blaze through some handseals:

Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger

required for the focusing of the method. After that, i release the chakra into the ground, where it splits into sixteen different currents that then emerges from the ground around a desired target. Each current is then transformed into a pillar, by using shape manipulation once again. The pillars could then be used to trap the target, but the main idea is to create an oven made of electric chakra that traps opponents and even some summons(due to the size). The ideal combo of this is with a earth and fire technique that begins by trapping the enemy into a wall of mud, then trapping it inside the oven and lastly using a fire jutsu that burns the mud to solid state. Or by using the pillar first to shock the opponent, then using dropping lid and then cover the mud with fire.

Next up.. Whirlwind.

I begin by gathering my chakra from the core of my body that i transform to lightning chakra. The lightning chakra would spread through my entire body, only to be released in a focused matter and taking the form of a whirlwind around myself. By using further shape manipulation, i make the whirlwind take the form of a dragons head that would form above my head. As i continuously channel chakra into the jutsu, the dragonhead gets bigger and bigger. I then release the chakra when it's big enough and it would cover a decent area infront of me and it would release discharges all around the place which is ideal for hitting multiple targets as well.

Ok, time for flash pillar.

By molding my chakra i focus it through my body as i make it take form of lightning chakra.. I then perform a sequence of handseals:

Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger

that are required for the stability of the jutsu. As the chakra is at its peak, i release it from all over my body. The effect would be a massive blinding light that would travel in a 360 degree fashion and cover up a huge amount of the field. The light would affect everyone but the user and blind them temporarily. This could be used in great many ways but its main purpose is that of following it up with a genjutsu move that the opponent would have no idea of that you performed..

Lastly the grand lightning technique.. Kirin..

I start off by molding chakra from the core of my body. I then transform the chakra into fire chakra that i channel from my core towards my chest, shoulders and through my arms towards my hands. I then launch a ball of fire that is aimed towards the skies above me. The main goal here is to heat the atmosphere and make natural lightning occur. As natural lightning is seen to shoot down in distance in forms of lightnings i gather up a huge amount of lightning chakra and channel it the same way as before. I form a Chidori that i will use to take control over the fierce raw natural lightning. As i perform the Chidori i grab a hold of a real lightning and fuel it with my own chakra from the chidori. I then guide the natural lightning towards a desired location and the lightning moves almost at the speed of light(since we're not really in vacuum..) making the technique impossible to dodge unless the use of space/time is used. The natural lightning is shaped as a dragons head when launched.

1. The shadow clones are usually very versatile in general. They can move and inform you for everything you need. Over that, since they have the same mind, character and personality as you,they can inform you in times when you need it most. But they are not as resistant to damage like the real body, and any kind of damage would cause them to simply disperse. The lightning clone specifically, tanks it well, because as he turns into lightning, it can paralyze the enemy for a short while, giving you a perfect opening for a powerful strike which could either kill or terribly wound the enemy. It cans till though only use lightning techniques, so you choose if you wanna make the trade.

2. This technique is a weird one. I still am boggled how it uses lightning to create earthen structures...but this is what it does after all. This technique will create a gigantic over, or more broadly....just a covered space, big enough to trap even summons. This would allow you to restrict movements, restrict sight and even restrict other senses, like the hearing as there is only one opening. Now, this technique is really created for combos, as with firing biscuit, you can make this simple structure, really burn like an oven. An other technique is an earth jutsu which can break up the rock of the oven to make it collapse....So there are many usages.

3. The third technique is really a very nice one. Now think about the amazing use-cases. The whirlwind will begin all around you, it can be used as both a defense and offense. It can reach up to quite a considerate range, it is fast and strong. I can't say many negative things, and positively....you can increase damage if you use it when the enemy is wet, you can use it to guard yourself attack which hit you from 360 degrees, and you can even use it whenever you need to both guard and attack. Disadvantages are though that as the lightning is all around you, you can't use any other attacks...kinda similar to streaming techniques.

4. This technique is entirely supplementary. You can only use it in a form of the solar flare, to...for a moment, blind the enemy and think of a very quick strategy. You can use it the Krillin way and blind the enemy to run. You can even use it the goku way, making him blind and use this chance to attack. Some other cases are directly after usage to...put the enemy into genjutsu, so that the enemy will think you have either disappeared, or used a technique which could harm him. And since he was blind for the second, he will question the genjutsu less.

5. Maybe the most powerful technique in the basic 5 elements, it's power doesn't come from being very very strong...but for being almost instant. You need to prepare a lot of things prior to that, like the fire technique one turn before, and the chidori, but if you can manage to pull that off....you will win for sure. Once the chidori is done...the battle has pretty much ended as a simple hand-motion is almost instant, and you can't really stop it either. Quite dangerous when used against you, and quite the many risks when you use it yourself.
