^First training thread, but latest reply. Since i got the same trainer again but he went inactive again >_>
So i am going to continue from the Lightning Ball jutsu. Up to you if you think i got it or not x).

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
The first technique within the spoiler, the fire release technique is the basic fire technique. It is a flame version of the fire where you shoot out constantly to reach it’s target. Now this just is short range therefore you can not use it beyond that range.

I have actually a question, which i hasn't got answered yet O___o. You can't create a Raiton rasengan according to my knowledge of asking some mortals i've come across. So how is this lightning sphere even possible to create? Is it because the concentration an actual rasengan needs can't be compressed when using raiton chakra or?

*As Alucard asked his question he began focusing on the task that stood before him. Alright, a ball of lightning that is to be concentrated in his palms.

He then started to focus on his chakra. He then started gathering up plenty of chakra which he turned into raiton chakra by using his nature affinity. By channelling the raiton chakra from the core of his body towards his palms, the palms began to glow yellow/blue-ish. Alucard took that as a sign and then pressed his palms towards each other, creating an intense electrical field between the palms. He then imagined he was holding a bomb of lightning and used his shape manipulation to turn the electric field into an orb of focused lightning. Alucard then channelled more chakra to his palms which made the orb grow larger and larger until Alucard thought he had enough. He then took aim on a random tree that stood before him and fired away the lightning sphere. Upon impact, the tree shattered and caught fire.*

I can only speculate and theorize for the question you answered is quite good. Now first their are canon jutsus of lightning that does have a sphere shape. But the first thing we need to look at is the Rasengan is much more then a sphere. Its a super rapid circulation of pure chakra while condensing its shape and maintaining control of it. Which in the manga their was so many steps taken to actually perfect it. Its the most advance shape manipulation not only in the manga but also pretty much our RP has ever seen.

Now with that being said, rasengan has been seen to correspond with other elements. Exactly three; water, fire, and wind. Here is one thing you have to look at with this 3 elements each are very free flowing and fluid. By adding them with the rasengan all they do is correspond with the shapes spiraling. Those three elements are mainly fluid so they follow which is why earth would not work whatsoever. Its very dense element so their is no way it can follow the rotation the rasengan has. Those other 3 elements could due to how they are naturally.

Okay now this part is mainly a theory which I have and I believe is the most logical way of explaining why raiton can't be mixed with rasengan. Let's look at this, the elements I mentioned before and how they are fluid. If you were to stream water towards a rock it will simply move around it, if you do the same with fire it fizzles around it, and with wind it blows around it. With lightning though its not the case. Though its energy if I was to strike lightning towards it would not go or even act to move around. It strike in that exact area of the rock meaning it does not act to move or take the shape of anything it simply tries to negate it. So by this real world logic I think that lightning will simply not be able to correspond with the rotation of rasengan it just is not how its specific shape manipulation works.

You will even notice while going through this list, lightning does not have much advance shape manipulations at least not like the others. Though their are many CJs with advance shapes of lightning so again its just theorizing because their is not true answer and the best alternative is to ask someone like Scorps who is much more experienced with it. Any who I hope I gave some incite on your question. Shall we continue or must I write more

Edit: Also just for future references though we might not have a raiton chidori we do though have chidori which is pretty much the equivalent on how the raiton rasengan would have or might have been.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

The user will send lightning all over their body creating a armor. It can protect against projectiles and simple attacks. It easy and fast to perform also if you get get into contact with an opponent it sends a electric charge hurting the opponent. Only for one attack then its released. Your also a walking target for water attacks.

(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake ? Upside down Tiger ? Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Okay with 2 hand seals and running up a cliff with their hands clapped together, the user will send lightning towards the cliff dislodging the rocks in the clidd and causing the rocks to begin raining down on the opponent. Now this technique is very location based. Also you must have your hands clapped together while running up so you can continue to release the lightning.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Underused technique that deserves some credit. The user will raise their hands in front of them and release lightning towards their hand creating a glowing pale yellow color in their hands then quickly release bolts of lightning shaped of a horn. Its spreads outwards while traveling allowing you to attack multiple targets. Fast and easy to perform. Projectile as well pretty darn quick.

Perform the technique:

Alucard starts by gathering up a rather large portion of chakra. By channeling it all around his body, he creates a shield of chakra which stays around him even if he moves. He then uses his nature affinity and turns the chakra shield into raiton chakra, which forms a electricity shield around him.

Creative uses/strengths:

Could be used in order to prevent getting bitten by summons, taijutsu or most attacks that are physical. It could also be used as an offence if the user somehow rushes in to the target and uses Hellstab techniques as the attack might get more powerful.

Drawbacks/counters:

As you said, you will be a walking target for suiton attacks. Although i'm not sure if you'd also electrolyte the target if the water is a stream from the target. As the electricity should also travel back along the stream. Could be blown away with a fuuton attack as well i reckon.

Perform the technique:

Alucard starts by gathering up his chakra. He then performs the following handseals:

Snake
Tiger

and channels the chakra towards his left arm. As he does, he uses the lightning nature transformation to turn the chakra into raiton chakra. By placing his left hand on a cliff, he sends out a large portion of electricity that travels through the cliff all the way where his opponent is located. When the electricity is sided by the opponent, Alucard disperses the lightning and makes the cliff crack. This results in huge boulders landing right on the opponent who'd be killed and crushed.

Creative uses/strengths:

I guess it could be used to create a shield of stones, if the fight takes place in a cave. Depending where the electricity is channelled in the cliff the user pretty much has perfect control of it's surroundings. Could also be used twice if the battlefield is surrounded by two cliffs, one at each side.

Drawbacks/counters:

The jutsu is completely useless if there are no cliffs in the field of fighting.

Perform the technique:

Alucard starts off by gathering up another pretty large portion of chakra and channels it towards his hands. By using the nature affinity of lighthing, he turns the chakra into electric chakra. This results in his hands glowing yellow with a pale tone. An almost completely white horn of electricity is formed in Alucards hands. He then uses his chakra manipulation to disperse the focused lightning and sending out dussins of horn-shaped projectiles that travels in a wide range towards the target in extreme speeds.

Creative uses/strengths:

Perfect jutsu to remove clones from the battlefield. Also summons. Could be combined with a water jutsu to level the effect of the attack immensly. Since it's a projectile, the electricity can't be guided back towards the user him/herself.

Drawbacks/counters:

Cannot be used in a long distance, and since the projectiles are small they don't deal much damage alone. The more you compress the technique into a sort of stream of projectiles, the more damage it deals.

( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 15 (-5 per turn)
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

Okay you need a sword out, the user will channel lightning into the sword increasing its destructive abilites. They will then manipulate the chakra in the sword to have it levitate in front of them. The using shape manipulating multiply the sword creating another two physical copies made of lightning. They then spin rapidly which finally a user will send towards the opponent cutting them badly if hit. Okay this is a slow performance technique as well as you must remain concentrated to execute perfectly. They move at normal speed as well.

( Raiton: Denki Railansho ) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

The user will gather a large sum of lightning chakra into their hand and forearm, then they will jump high into the air. When the reach the ground they will forcefully slam their palm on the ground sending a electrical energy through the ground up to a 5 meter radius, you can also send it forward towards an opponent. Its easy but your vulnerable in the air. Also right when you release the lightning in the ground you can fo straight to another jutsu.

Perform the technique:
Alucard grabs the sword and starts by gathering his chakra from the core of his body. He then uses his nature affinity to transform the raw chakra into raiton chakra. He then channels the raiton chakra from the core, to his palms. The chakra is then channelled into the sword, extending it natural damage. Alucard then uses his shape manipulation and forms two more identical swords out of pure lightning chakra. He then concentrates and throws the real sword against his target and again uses his chakra to make the sword clones levitate and fly towards the target.
Creative uses/strengths:
Could be used with any cutting weapon i suppose. Would confuse the target as well, if the vision isn't clear. Might be a hard call to tell which sword is the real one. Could also be combined with a water clone technique that would drench the target in water and thus making a hit lethal.
Drawbacks/counters:
It's, like you said, a slow technique. Could be countered with regular fuuton blasts or creating a wall of earth. Unless the swords can penetrate it of course.

Perform the technique:
Alucard begins by gathering up his chakra, once again from the core of his body. By using the nature affinity of lightning he transforms the chakra into raiton chakra and channels it to his right arm/palm. This causes his hand to glow and sparkles are generated along his forearm.

He then takes a jump into the air and upon landing, he places his palm in the ground and releases the chakra he'd gained before the jump. The chakra spreads through the ground and causes it to crack/rumble. Huge pillars of pure lightning are formed around Alucard. 5meters tall.
Creative uses/strengths:
I guess it could be used as a close range attack, releasing all the chakra straight into the opponent. Could also be combined with an electrical shape manipulation, forming a surrounding electrical shield. Blocking stone throws, electrifying incoming water projectiles.
Drawbacks/counters:
Doesn't cover all ranges. Could be avoided with levitation(which is easily gained).

Stone avalance.

Reason: One of the most devastating C-rank techs. Problem is that it is location-based and can't be used at all times.

Nr.4

Raiton: Jigokuzuki: Yonhon Nukite

Reason: Same as the previous one. One of the most devastating C-ranks, but is character based and thus can't be used on all bio's.

Nr.3

Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi

Reason: Defensive jutsu. The only defensive one in the C-ranks i recall.

Nr.2

Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu

Reason: Simply badass, can penetrate multiple targets.

Reason: The most simple yet useful one. Covers all ranges and can penetrate/avoid obstacles along the way.

Alright then.

Projectiles

-Projectiles are shaped by the same princip as a stream. Although giving direct "cuts" in the chakra when releasing. Thus the stream gets shaped into cuts, into projectiles.
The projectiles is a very good type of offense, since it's fast, can strike multiple targets if scattered and it since it doesn't connect anymore with the user, he/she can be safe from electrocution if the target forms a water shield etc.

To perform a raiton projectile. The user starts by gathering their natural chakra. Then, by using their nature affinity of electricity the user now transforms the raw chakra into raiton chakra. Since most raiton projectiles are fired from the users palms(since i guess they could electrocute themselves if fired from the mouth) they channel the chakra there.
Upon release, the user makes intervals to cut the chakra stream into projectiles. Hand seals may vary but in a simple example they're not necessary.
