There is one major problem with the Fugaku theory. When Itachi approached Tobi, he said that he knew that Tobi was sneaking into the Uchiha temple or whatever to view their sacred tablet. Keyword: sneaking. Fugaku was the HEAD of the Uchiha clan. He would have been able to see the tablet whenever he wanted to. So Fugaku is not Tobi.

maybe Itachi was cheated by this kind of attitude (sneaking to make others think he is some stranger...), and let's face it:

Itachi kills his father and his mother but maybe his father was able to teletransport both to another dimension and cheating death in front of Itachi.
Another thing: his parents were even proud of Itachi... LOL
too easy and too fast this kind of reaction, like they don't care to get killed (knowing that this all favors a kind of future plot...).



On the other hand, still, there is the Tobi "A" vs Tobi "B" aka 2 personalities, before Deidara's defeat against Susuke and after that...
Hell, Tobi A was kinda Jiraya-style xDDD (lol and Jiraya was a spy to learn as much as possible about Akatsuki's movements)
---> too much weed... I know

Why would Fugaku sneak around to make people think he was a stranger? That seems quite pointless.

Fugaku couldn't have "teletransported" him and his wife to a different dimension. Itachi would have noticed, especially considering there was, I don't know, BLOOD. If he had used Tobi's technique, he wouldn't have bled, and Itachi would have known.

There's also the problem that Tobi, I don't know, HELPED Itachi kill the Uchiha...when quite clearly, Fugaku loved his clan, enough to stage a coup on the Leaf just because the Leaf wasn't showing the Uchiha the respect they wanted.

And physically, Tobi's hair at the time was extremely unruly, and also it was longer than Fugaku's. Also, I'm pretty sure Fugaku's hair is brown...not black. So further information there as to why Fugaku isn't Tobi.

So yeah! Tobi = Fugaku? NO.

When Tobi attacked konoha, All the shinobi that were obito's age were WAY shorter than tobi, because they were kids. when Tobi gave nagato the rinnegan, Obito was still in DIAPERS. I'm not sure if anyone has thought of this but here goes...

Let's say Tobi does have Obito's eye because chapter597 is pointing that Tobi did get Obito's eye but it's not 100% confirmed. Tobi has to be an experienced shinobi to know how to unlock MS and master the technique. why? when obito died he was 12-13 years old. it was about 3-4 years after that, tobi began his plan to get the 9tails. so in those 3-4 years he unlocked and mastered the MS. It has been stated that MS is the only way to tame the 9tails.

So to end this little theory, Tobi has to be a very knowledgeable Uchiha or a great shinobi that even Madara would take as an underling.

There is no way tobi = obito
1) in order of the nine tail jink : (mito >kush> naurto)

2)the manga clearly never states the nine tail broke loose between mito to kush period but between kushina to naurto it did.

3)During the kushina to naurto its the first time the nine tail broke loose and he recognize tobi

so tobi as to be from madara time and someone the nine tail fight with and or know because from mito it was seal to kushina until it broke free due to tobi ( so in other word it was seal for a every long time )

4)tobi has to have a with very strong charka to control the nine tail + summon it

5) there is no way obito was born in madara time so the kyuubi would know him -___-

6) How could obito know about the uchiha tablet the sage leave behind. + to read it and know the sharingan can control the nine tail.

During impure word reincarnation, Madara was revived too, proving he is not madara. Naruto has currently only put a crack on his mask.

↑PROOF. And I doubt that hes obito. HOWEVER, One things certain. Unless the sharingan was given to him, he's an Uchiha. HOWEVER, it has been hinted that he took the sharingan, in order to control the ninetails.
Honestly, I wish he would have stayed a bumbling idiot, because he was WAY awsomer back then.
