I'm pretty sure ichigo final getsuga tenshou can take yamamoto, but if ichigo loses his power after 1 hit like he did against ichigo he will probably lose.

the only thing ichigo has in his arsenal that can harm yamamoto is his final getsuga tenshou but he would be ashes before he even use it. the moment yamamoto spits out the bankai word its pretty much gg.

How should he blitz all together? If he'd try to blitz someone, Shunsui could appear below or above him, Yamamoto could just use his Bankai and Ichigo's done for, etc.

There is no debate whatsoever that Yamamoto has the most destructive power in all Bleach thus far. His Shikai has enough power to wipe out cities, his Bankai has enough power to wipe out a dimension.

Yamamoto vs Ichigo comes down to Kubo's plans about the whole 'transcendent reatsu'. If it's "transcendent reatsu > ALL reatsu" then yes, Yamamoto is the not the stronger. However, if transcendent reatsu is simply another type of reatsu that unlocks 'off-limit' abilities, then no Yamamoto is the stronger.

And really, if "transcendent reatsu > ALL reatsu's" then Gin would have not tried to stop Kyoka Suigetsu, what's the point of stopping KS if Aizen's reatsu would trump Gin's anyways? Again, this is the same character who witnessed Aizen destroying the cleaner, yet his main worry was Kyoka Suigetsu, not "Aizen-sama's ever so godly reatsu".

Besides really if we talking about unability to sense reiatsu than Royd wasn't able to tell where the flame of East went aka he couldn't sense a reiatsu made flam. Neither was he able to see and sense east before Yama actualy allowed him to see it and even than Jugram needed to actualy think before comming up with the idea that the flame is reiatsu and he just came up with it and not actualy sensed the feeling of reiatsu.

This is one of those vague, gray areas in Bleach. Basically, Aizen declared that he was a transcendent being, but he never really gave an idea of what that means, mentioning only that his reiatsu could not be felt by anyone not on his level. However, then comes Ichigo and Aizen can't feel his reiatsu, which he tries to claim is because Ichigo gave up his reiatsu for physical power, but Ichigo pretty much disproves this instantly. Aizen could not fathom that Ichigo could also be a transcendent being so thats where we are stuck. You could say that Ichigo had gone to a level even higher than Aizen and thus were both transcendent beings, or you can say that there is no such thing as a transcendent being. Frankly, I believe that the whole transcendent being thing was just Aizen being full of himself as usual, but the story never really clarified itself one way or the other.

If ichigo was able to rush aizen an gran his face an toss his 90 kido aside like it was nothing an take aizen monster blast to the arm an not budge then without Yama the gotei dies instantly they won't even be able to hurt him...unless we are talking current zaraki an Byakuya an ukitake an kyoraku are in bankai forms but then again they probly still won't win aizen's shikai may be they only thing that might work.

With Yama they probly still lose cuz if Yama is in bankai nobody can fight beside him do to the heat he puts out (mabey current zaraki can) but that's it an i don't know if Yama has the fire power to win I would like to think he does but who knows?

Imagine Kyoraku, Ukitake with ten times more power than what they showed. Kyoraku was able to beat Starrk with just his shikai.

Unohana is even stronger. Mayuri Kurotsuchi with preperation time. And others fighters. That's just to much raw powers.

While Ichigo is most likely faster than anyone, how will he instant defeat strongest characters among 6000 members. There are just too many raw power, and I sure captains aren't idiots to start their battles in anything except in their strongest forms.

I have to disagree with Unohana being stronger thought, she got defeated by kenpachi without shikai.
