At this point Toujo's claim is too detailed to be true meaning it's screaming fake.

Also if we looked back at the first few pages ..see how Toujo trying to put Michelle on the bad light .

Alice has been "catching up" all game but suddenly snaps to Ratchet's claim. It reeks heavily of someone else catching them up to speed

I can sense X intentions with his push on Michelle. If X was scum he could easily taunted Michelle when the "baby" thing happened earlier this game . But because he got no ill intention he didn't pushed it that far.

IMO for someone who has been supposedly only paying partial attention they kind of jump the gun on their reads which is usually a scumtell

I would say they're suspicious either way. If Ratchet flips town, 100% mafia. If Ratchet doesn't I'm inclined to say they're hard distancing because this is so bad.
