Havoc Skytank was one of the harder bosses for me. But from what i can remember my paradigm setup was like

COM COM COM
RAV RAV RAV
SAB SAB SAB
SYN SYN SYN
SEN SEN SEN
MED MED MED

not sure what everyone's paradigms are like at that point but if you can them make your setup as similar to that as possible.

Aim for the Subsystem turrets first as they are very annoying

Start off with SYN for buffs then when that's done switch to SAB for debuffs then switch to COM to start off the chain gauge then switch to RAV. From ther keep hitting till you see him about to attack then switch to SEN. After the attack heal with MED then attack with COM once then switch to RAV

Tell me what your character Paradigms are like and i might be able to give you a better paradigm setup

If it's the boss with multiple parts, aim for the smaller parts as said by this guy^, I don't remember my exact roles but I think I just staggered every part one by one, healing when I'm weak, and eventually got down to the last part. I actually beat this boss four times because my disk was scratched at the end of the fight and I had to return it after I tried 3 times :D
