Naruto could sense the chakra focusd by sasuke and immediately put a chakra cloak to cancel itItachi is awesome but these fillers are retarted.
How could amaterasu burn yagura's V2 bijuu form laughable diff yet Naruto neg diff amaterasu with V1 cloak? :sdo:

You're all missing something incredibly obvious. Logic people.
The V1 chakra cloak is a cloak of chakra around the body, it isn't physical in nature unlike the V2 cloak. The chakra cloak is more or less intangible, so the flames could more or less just be slipped off.
