After watching the recent episode it seems that this arc has about 2 more episodes then its finished.. hopefully we'll see black zetsu one shot madara by the time the year is out :lol

We do have the other canon dreams to go over: Kiba, Hinata, and one more. You really think they're not adding filler to those dreams too?

To be honest I don't think so. All the other dreams are in one chapter so theyll easily get that over with fast.

That's usually why they add filler, because 1 chapter will be half an episode of material. Doesn't Naruto usually get fillers towards the end of the year anyway?

lasy year and the year before last they didn't. In 2012 they did and resumed to canon in the beginning of 2013.

The next episode after The Caged Bird, "Return" seems to be the end. The summary is everyone returns to the village.
I'm going to guess they will have two episodes of everyone's dreams (half filler half canon) and then canon will come back.
